I recently contacted Perricone after my water heater started leaking but was still functioning. Darren came in the same day at 4pm, explained the options, and replaced the heater the same night as well as the pressure reducing valve that went out. I thought the service was pricier than the market (but frank and upfront), but the service was excellent, and I felt like I could trust Darren to take care of my problem -- and he did an excellent job fixing my water heater the same night.

We got estimates to install a new forced hot water, high efficiency boiler. Perricone Home Services was one of the companys we called. They did a great job explaining the process clearly so we knew what to expect. Their price was fair, so we signed up with them. The boiler was installed in one day. All the guys were friendly, respectful and they left the work space spotless. All together we had a great experience.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Darren an amazing plumber who recently replaced our garbage disposal. His professionalism and expertise truly made the process seamless. Not only did he call me back but arrived on time, and also explained everything and answered all my questions. If you ever need plumbing work, I highly recommend Perricone Home Services. Perricone installed a tankless hot water heater in my home yesterday. Darren, who is company owner, worked alone all day and did a very professional job on the install and testing the unit. He was also very courteous and friendly to my family and myself, as he worked through the project. His cost was also below that of other estimates I received. Assigned installer on time and managed to complete appliance installation after completing unexpected flooring repairs and navigating a very tight under counter space. We have had excellent service with Darren at Perricone Services. Darren is responsive, knowledgeable, honest, transparent a d trustworthy. We had a pipe burst in our sunroom and he quickly diagnosed the issue and got right to work repairing it. As he was working he discovered that the damage was more extensive. Upon communicating this he worked with us to close off the pipes in the roo since the full repair was beyond our budget. Darren later worked with us to write up reports and communicate with our insurance.

My water heater broke and Darren came out that day to survey the problem and give an estimate. We used that opportunity to replace our boiler (very needed) and Darren was able to complete the whole job in two days. He had to come back on day 3 to fix another gas leak he found while installing everything and replacing a piece of equipment that was DOA. He was great to work with, hard working, installed everything neatly, and explained everything clearly. The price was appropriate for the amount of work being done.

Darren answered my call himself, provided a quote and immediate fix the same day, and returned a few days later to complete the job. He is professional and smart young adult who is destined to grow a successful business. I asked him to put his sticker on my boiler. He's the person I plan to call for my next plumbing job.

Communication was excellent; they promptly responded to my initial inquiry and scheduled an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. The plumber arrived on time, was courteous, and took the time to explain the issues and the proposed solutions in a way I was able to understand.

I was very impressed with the plumber's skill and precision in diagnosing and fixing the problem. They were carful to avoid any damage to existing finished work, and made clean and carful cuts in areas where it was required. They left the work site clean after each day.

REPAIR DONE! What started out as a fix for a crack in a vent pipe led to a complete overhaul to address the crumbling (literally) 100-year-old cast iron pipes in my home that affected three bathrooms. Darren's initial prediction of what was needed ended up being correct. It was a huge job that required a lot of communication and explanations. Darren was excellent at both, and I had complete trust in him from start to finish.
