Due to financial constraints, I declined the deep cleaning offer and requested basic cleaning. The company called back, offering to do it for $150. We had to turn down the offer again. The cleaner left without notifying my daughter and did not return. She looked outside and noticed that the car had disappeared after he told her he would phone his office. Despite several attempts to contact the company, they failed to respond satisfactorily and hung up when I requested to speak to the supervisor directly. As a result of the company's unprofessionalism, my daughter missed lunch and went hungry while waiting for the cleaner. She removed everything she could from her room in preparation. It appears that the company's practice is to provide a low initial price, then try to demand more money upon arrival and leave the job without saying anything if refused. It is essential to be cautious and do thorough research before hiring such companies. It makes me wonder about the other reviews.
