I spoke with Brayden, who was very friendly and quick to respond. He asked me to send a photo of my Oriental rug so he could take a look before cleaning. Brayden immediately knew a lot about my rug and assured me he could remove my dog's urine stains and odor for a fair price. I was amazed at how completely the urine smell was gone after the cleaning. Brayden also took the time to explain the best way to care for and clean rugs. I’m completely satisfied with the service! Plus, with my sense of smell being extra strong right now, I can say for sure that the rug is truly fresh and clean.
