I’ve been working with Henry and Brett from All Gardens for seven years now. They did the plantings for the previous owner of my house, and one of the first things I asked when we bought it was, "Who does the gardens?" Since then, they’ve expanded our plantings significantly and put in several new trees, and the results have been amazing. People walking by often stop to take photos or ask about the garden.
They're incredibly easy to work with and always responsive. I especially love that they focus on native plantings. I like that it's better for pollinators, and it creates the more natural, riotous look I prefer over something overly traditional or polished. They really nail that balance. On top of it all, they're super knowledgeable and genuinely love talking about plants, which makes the whole process fun. -

Since being acquired by Sperber Landscape Companies in October 2024, Cambridge Landscape Co. has moved away from its roots as a small, locally-owned family business to become a division of a national network with roughly $500 million in revenue. I feel that the price is higher than the local smaler companies.

Don't call these people if you actually want work done. I got a quote from them in early October for trimming a tree and removing a bush. They would never tell me when they could schedule the work. I few days before Christmas, I got a text very early in the morning saying the crew would arrive soon and could I tell them what to do. I did not think it should be my responsibility to supervise their crew. They did part of the job and said they couldn't complete the work because it was raining. Now it is May, they have never returned, and they are sending me demands for payment. But the work is still not complete.

How can you hire people to do landscaping if they don’t even know how to drive …..
-
They park on sidewalks and bike lanes forcing wheelchairs and baby strollers into the street because they are too lazy to find a parking spot.
-
Poor management. They’re happy to come when there is almost no snow and rip you off by billing you weeks later. Whoever answers the phone is very rude!
-
Bad/reckless drivers who have almost hit me on my bike a few times by driving too close. Looks like there are quite a few other reviews mentioning their poor and reckless driving.
-
Like others, I too have been sworn at and cut off repeatedly by reckless Cambridge Landscape drivers for no discernible reason. They’ll need a serious overhaul before I ever consider purchasing their landscaping services.

Wide variety of work can be accomplished by Cambridge landscaping corporation , you request a bid for small or large task- in return you will receive a reasonable price for a job well done.

Cambridge Landscaping provides snow removal for our condo complex. The have repeatedly plowed the snow from our courtyard into my driveway, blocking my garage. I've asked them several times to stop and they refuse to address the problem. Unprofessional and rude!

I called this afternoon seeking a quote to have a huge tree in my yard, cut back. I was informed that while the company does service the Boston area, they do not service a particular neighborhood (Dorchester) in Boston. Talk about discriminatory! Definately will reach out to the city and state on this issue. I have since made appointments seeking quotes with three companies from various locations; Newton, Medford, and Jamacia Plain.

Impossible to get ahold of. I've been trying to have an initial conversation with them for 3 weeks but they simply won't call me back. I talked with employees Dottie and Jim multiple times, and they put my info on the desk of someone named Joe Arena. Unclear why Joe won't contact me. Maybe they have enough business and don't want new customers? I couldn't say. I'm going to assume this behavior reflects on what it would be like to work with them and move on.

Wow! Super professional crew - fast and courteous. Such a pleasure to find people who respect their customers these days.

Wonderful service yesterday for our annual tree trimming. I want to send a big THANK YOU to Dan Kelly and his team for solving a difficult situation with my neighbors by trimming my large (beautiful) trees near the property lines. The team allowed me to comment about each branch as I watched from the neighboring driveway, as did my neighbor, to be sure we were all satisfied with the trimming. The cleanup was meticulous, including my neighbor's garage roof (very important to that neighbor).

I live at a condo complex where they maintain the grounds/ They damaged the lawn a few years ago aerating the lawn. I have called on a few occasions to get them to fill the two small sections that were damaged. Two years later they still have not fixed the damage. They do a better job at the neighboring complex, but seem to ignore the complex I live at. If it was up to me I would get quotes from other landscaping companies.

Our landlord hired these people to remove some trees in the back yard.
Rather than moving the small pots (12" diameter) in our driveway out of the way first, they ran into them and damaged the plants. Then they carelessly tossed them to the side out of the way and didn't even try to straighten out the plants and rebury the roots that they damaged. Considering that this is a company that is going to be removing a tree in close proximity to the building and with more of our plants and belongings in the yard, they're off to a very poor start. Can't want to see what else they've damaged by the time I get home from work.
