We used Servpro of Cambridge/Belmont again this year to help with our pre-season cleaning and once again I cannot recommend them highly enough!! Michael Pridham, Raffi, and their amazing team did another quick, thorough, professional job and were in and out in no time. We will continue to use and recommend their services to everyone in the area!

I cannot recommend Servpro of Belmont/Cambridge highly enough! We discovered an area of mold in the non-profit I volunteer for, and it needed to be dealt with immediately. I called Servpro and they jumped into action. The owner, Michael, was fantastic and very accommodating to our tight schedule. Sergio, Roberto, and their team of workers were all polite, efficient, and very professional. They worked quickly and went the extra mile to make sure the area was thoroughly disinfected, clean and dry. We are so grateful for their help and will continue to use their services!

The manager over the phone was pushy, rude, trying to add unnecessary services to bump up the price, deceptive with his initial quote. Once the workers are there and you're on the hook for the service charge, he more than doubled the cost. Entire process took exactly 30 minutes including packing up the truck. The workers themselves were great - friendly and respectful. Too bad about their boss. Advice: call another company.

I will call Servpro Cambridge /Belmont if my basement ever floods again! In the middle of January's storm, our sewer backed up into the basement. Michael was responsive and timely. Sergio and his assistant ripped out our raised floor (concealing most of the mess), removed all water & waste and fully disinfected - all in one day. They also took pictures which were very useful for navigating insurance. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Michael and his team at ServPro of Belmont/Cambridge came to our rescue when our garage and basement flooded. Michael and Melvin were extremely kind and compassionate as well as responsive and informative. Melvin and his assistant arrived at my home as promised and swiftly took care of extracting the water, setting up equipment to dry out the area and shared their expertise on the many options for next steps in dealing with our situation. I highly recommend ServPro of Belmont/Cambridge - they are THE BEST!!!

Having experienced water damage once before, I knew to immediately call Servpro. Thankfully, Raffi Yarmenian and his team were at our home an hour later and the team was experienced and efficient. During 5 days I worked with them, they were always on time, straight forward and knowledgeable. Damage to your home is obviously a challenging situation so you definitely want an experienced team like Raffi's on your side.

Servpro staff were quick to respond, courteous, thorough--and convincingly concerned with our welfare. They used sophisticated drying equipment, checked on the dryness of our floors daily, answered our many questions politely and patiently. We recommend them highly!!

I recently had cause for Servpro to perform quite a bit of work at my home. I give my highest rating of approval to the team. They were prompt, thorough, professional and a pleasure to deal with. It was clear that Raffi, Sergio and Melvin and the rest of the crew were dedicated to professional service and my family's well being. Under difficult circumstances, it was a pleasure to deal with them. You could not ask for a better experience.

I had water damage in a basement space with rugs and exercise mats and other stuff. I called Servpro because I had seen their trucks around and really did not know who else to call. I am so glad I called them because they were able to help me salvage some of the stuff that I thought would have to be replaced. They took all the rugs and mats and cleaned them off site. This was great because I could never have done that, no space for one and no equipment or know-how. Furthermore I would have just spread around mold and mildew in the rest of the basement. Anyway they also told me how to clean what I could clean myself which was cool because that is work they were basically taking away from them selves. Once the area was clear they came back and cleaned everything, set up these big dryer boxes, and after it was clean and dry they put the mats back and all the rugs they were able to clean. The place for the first time didn't smell like a basement! Honestly it was cleaner than it had ever been. They really turned a horrible situation for me into a tolerable one. I hope you never need their services but if you do I would strongly recommend them.

Michael and his team, led by Sergio, were the most courteous and knowledgeable professionals in their field. They were prompt, helpful, and able to attend to our damaged floors in a timely and rapid manner. We used them for our flood/leak related issues and would call on them again. We would highly recommend these highly trained professionals for any disaster relief issues. Thank you Michael and team for all your help!

Among the most responsive, effective and customer-oriented companies I have experienced. The ServPro crews saved us multiple times in 2014 when we dealt with an unexpected issue in our basement. Even when they were dealing with a host of emergencies following historic rainfall, they responded in minutes to our call and worked into the night to resolve our problem. We are grateful for their help and would not hesitate to call them again.

A sewer back-up is a miserable experience but if you have to go through it, this company has got your back. Our sewer backed up after a monsoon downpour. Sergio answered the phone at 9:30pm and got us in the queue for a clean-up the next day. Michael sent out Melvin and his team the next morning and they worked to pull wet carpet out of our basement, moved bins of belongings out of basement, then cleaned and disinfected the area. Came back a week later to finish the job by removing drywall. Again, Melvin and his team worked to keep the dust down while they cut and removed wet drywall. Always helpful and friendly. They did a fantastic job! Throughout the process Michael checked in by phone to see how things were going and to help out with moving the process forward with the insurance company. I can't recommend them enough.

So glad we called Servpro of Cambridge/Belmont when we needed help. Came home from vacation to find a wet mess in our basement…We started to clean up ourselves, which would have taken forever . Roberto and his co-worker were out first thing the next morning to clean and dry things out properly with professional equipment. Servpro did a great job and they solved our problem. Last winter, our basement utility room was flooded, and it took us a long time to find the source of the water. We were very fortunate that ServePro was able to get to us quickly, because they saved us from much more damage to our utilities and our apartment. Sergio and his crew were lifesavers and we remain very thankful to them. We hope you will never need their services, but if you do, call ServePro right away. You will be glad you did.

Servpro Cambridge is one of the most professional, competent, courteous and helpful businesses I have dealt with in many years. Michael and Sergio had excellent recommendation for dealing with a water leakage emergency from an upstairs bathroom. They are generous with their time and energy and got the job done right. Servpro Belmont/Cambridge did an excellent job with a difficult broken sewer pipe in the house. They were responsive, and sent a competent and professional two person team. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them highly for any house "emergency."

Have used Servpro Cambridge/Belmont a few times now to deal with water leaks. Each time they were super responsive and were able to come and deal with the problem right away, which is super important in these cases. The last job they did for me they even helped to coordinate a carpenter to help and repair the damage after it was taken care of by Servpro. Overall, I would highly recommend Servpro Cambridge/Belmont. I have worked both with Raffi and Sergio and both are really fantastic.

The entire crew was amazing! Under the great leadership of Roberto, the foreman, the job was well organized, planned out and finished ON TIME and ON BUDGET. They were so courteous, professional, thoughtful and performed seamlessly and without a lot of supervision all the work that was needed and provided timely updates to me to assure me and answered ALL my questions to keep me informed and calm during a really stressful time! It was such a pleasure working with Servpro and I would recommend them - especially the team I got assigned for the 2 day job - without reservation.

We called Servpro when our basement (used for storage of personal items and a workshop) unexpectedly flooded with a mixture of sewage water and groundwater. Michael was so easy to coordinate with and had thoughtful and knowledgeable answers to all of our questions. We had managed to pump out the water ourselves so his crew (lead by Sergio) came in to clean and sanitize everything on a timeline that worked for us. They helped us decide what was and wasn't salvageable, disposed of everything that was ruined, and left our basement dry and smelling great. They made it very easy to coordinate with insurance as well. We are very impressed with Servpro and so thankful for the careful job they did!

We had the nightmare of all nightmares occur where we were awoken at 2am in the morning to sewage water pouring out of our toilet in the basement bathroom at our home. And let me tell you thank god for Servpro Cambridge/Belmont. I immediately called them despite it being 2 in the morning and less than 6 hours later they had a crew at my house. Yes they arrived at 7:30am! The crew was led by a gentleman named Melvin and he and the two other guys he had working with him could not have been more professional and polite. They were simply amazing! They worked nonstop from 730am to 5pm and were able to remove all the waste, power wash the entire basement and disinfected everything. They even went so far as to take pictures of all the personal items that were damaged and needed to be discarded so that we could use those pictures for our insurance claim. Furthermore, my wife is 7 months pregnant and was scared to be in the house after the disinfectant spray was applied throughout because of potential fumes. Well Servpro even has an answer for that- they use a toxin free food grade anti bacterial spray which is completely safe for kids, pets and pregnant women. You can never really imagine the horror of having sewage water pouring into your house unless youve experienced it, but we feel so blessed that the amazing team at Servpro took such amazing care of us. They are the best and I say with utmost confidence that there is NOBODY you’d rather have helping you when disaster strikes than these people!

Great experience from start to finish. Raffi had a crew at my house within an hour of my panicked phone call when my washer flooded my condo. The first thing Melvin said when he arrived was “Don’t worry we will take care of everything”. And they did. They were professional, thorough, and kept me updated on progress since I was not on the premises. They moved furniture, dried everything out, and then were very strategic in their demolition minimizing impact while still removing the wet Sheetrock and insulation. My insurance adjuster was impressed as well. I would highly recommend this particular ServPro office.
