Servpro was amazing from start to finish. John worked closely with me to make sure my preferences for the finished product would be accomplished. The whole team was fair, prompt and respectful to my space. Highly recommend!

Water damage to your home is its own special hell, but Servpro made the remediation process as painless as possible. After leakage following a botched repair, I called them on a Wednesday night, and Raffi had a team at my house early Thursday morning to estimate the job -- and as soon as we got in touch with our insurer and authorized the work, Servpro was ready to go. They ended up finding mold in the walls and doing more extensive work than planned (ripping down two staircase walls and a high ceiling), but they were punctual, communicative, extremely efficient, and meticulously clean. They also were able to recommend a contractor who specializes in restoration after water damage, so we'll be able to get back into our house in days rather than weeks or worse. I hope I never have need of their services again, but if I do, I know whom to call.

Dilson and his crew at ServPro were fantastic. Our basement was flooded with sewage—the worst! Dilson and his crew took charge and stepped in with confidence and care. He was patient and thoughtful with all of his interactions—texting updates and always keeping the job site clean. He made this difficulty situation much more manageable and handled the job with ease. My Problem - City Sewage Backup in Basement!!! My Solution - Servpro!!!! I am writing today to tell you of the exceptional service I received from Servpro, especially from my project manager, Christopher Myers. He made sure I knew exactly what needed to be done and made me feel safe. I would also highly recommend Technicians Grace and Dillson. They came into my home with their crews and started to remove everything that was destroyed. They worked together like a well oiled machine. I highly recommend Servpro and especially the members of my Team. They made a bad situation into a tolerable experience.

One of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had.

1. **Questionable billing**: Received multiple conflicting invoices and charges that were far above industry norms (originally more than 60%). It took months of back-and-forth to get any clarity.
2. **Serious safety incident**: Improper equipment placement caused a strong odor of gas leak in two homes and requiring an emergency utility response.
3. **Poor service and workmanship**: Floors were left dirty, pipes were not properly reinstalled, and the work area was left in disarray.
4. **Poor communication and attitude**: Explanations kept changing, and concerns about both safety and billing were brushed off without any real accountability.

Overall, this was an overpriced, unsafe, and poorly executed job made worse by careless communication and a lack of accountability. Strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs.

The service here was overpriced and poorly done. Communication was unprofessional from the start, and instead of helping me understand the process, I was pressured to pay upfront even though my insurance was supposed to handle it. The whole experience felt stressful and unsettling. I expected better from a company that advertises professionalism. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless major changes are made to how customers are treated.

I hired ServPro to do a rebuild on my condo bathroom after a major leak from above.

John Brandao was the main contractor and he was *excellent*. I am used to contractors being non-responsive and delayed - he was the opposite. He ALWAYS responded and there was never a single delay. I had a timeline because my tenant was living out of a hotel, and John worked with that timeline and achieved every goal. The work looked great too. Anything I asked for, he did, and he provided advice when I was not prepared to make certain decisions.

I would absolutely work with him again. Honestly a pleasure and I was lucky he managed this for me.
