superb canton carpet care was fantastic! scheduling an appointment was a breeze and the person i conversed with over the phone was extremely cordial. the carpet technician, lucas, was highly professional. he arrived punctually, thoroughly cleaned my carpets within an hour, and gave tips on how to hasten the drying process. when lucas found out that i had mistakenly overpaid, thinking hallways were counted as rooms, he proposed some extra services to ensure i got value for my money. this was much appreciated. if you're not aware, this company doesn't charge extra for hallways, though there is a charge for the odor-removing enzyme. fortunately, due to my scheduling error, i didn't have to pay extra for that, but it would certainly be worth it. once lucas had finished, my carpet was spotless and smelled amazing. the service was also far more cost-effective than other carpet cleaning services i had inquired about. just to let you know, they send out one technician, so large furniture cannot be moved. you'll need to shift any heavy or large items beforehand, but smaller items can be moved by the technician. this was a splendid experience, and i will undoubtedly use their services again in the future.
