I've used this carpet cleaning service three times now and I really appreciate that they use non-toxic products to clean the carpets. They always take the time to pre-treat and work hard to remove tough stains, especially the ones left by my kids. The last time I booked, their schedule was packed but they still managed to fit me in early in the morning. I was grateful they made it work! My carpets look like new every time, and I'm truly impressed with the quality of their work. Kai did an excellent job. This review wasn't requested by them—I just wanted to share how satisfied I am with the results.

Superb Canton Carpet Care did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. Clarence took the time to let me point out the areas on the carpet that needed special care, and we discussed exactly what services I would get and the total cost before anything started, so there were no surprises. I was really impressed when Clarence showed me the powerful scrubber he uses to bring the matted carpet fibers back up, making the carpets look fresh again. Even though I had already vacuumed, he still managed to pull up a lot more dirt. He also steam cleaned my sofas and carpets, and now my home feels like it has brand new floors throughout. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out.

i had a wonderful experience with this carpet cleaning company. i called for an in-home estimate, and lucas arrived really quickly. he gave me a quote for a deep cleaning since my carpets had never been professionally cleaned before, and he was able to take my two 9x12 rugs with him right away. i was impressed by how easily he handled both rugs by himself! lucas mentioned the cleaning would take about a week, but he was able to bring the rugs back a bit earlier, just like i asked. when he returned, he helped me lay out and position the carpets in my home. i was truly amazed that all the years of dust, pet accidents, soot, food stains, and even old coffee and wine spills were completely gone. the carpets looked refreshed and smelled so clean! i’m really happy with how great the carpets turned out and the friendly, professional service. cleaning my big carpets always seemed like a hassle, but lucas made the whole process simple and stress-free. even though the price wasn’t cheap, it was definitely worth it. i will for sure use this company again for any future carpet cleaning needs.
