Irvin was professional and courteous. HE serviced our furnace and pointed out some preventative maintenance. Helped me walk trough our choices and was informative.

ZERO STARS. Worst experience with this company. You are only wasting time if you use them and will need to call somebody else to fix their mistakes. False promises, Days to respond and unqualified workers. Do not believe any of their fake reviews. You've been warned.

This is the second time we have called Green Energy Mechanical for help with plumbing. Both experiences have been excellent! Impressed with how quickly Green Energy responded to my most recent call and equally impressed with Anthony who solved a plumbing issue with our washing machine. Anthony was professional and friendly while doing a great job. Overall a very positive experience!

Green Energy recently replaced our Fujitsu heat pump system and did an excellent job. After 10 years of problems with our previous system and trying various other companies, Green Energy is the only company I trust to install and service our system. They recently replaced our faulty 10+ year old system with a new one and the performance difference is night and day. Paul and George were very professional and completed the job quickly and on schedule. The pricing was fair and we are very pleased with the service from Green Energy.

Jonathan and his crew are top notch! They arrived on time for our two day AC/Heating units installation. The techs were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were conscientious about cleaning up after themselves. They even helped us move some furniture out of the way of the work area. We would highly recommend Green Energy Mechanical for all HVAC projects.

I had a very disappointing experience with Green Energy AC. They came to my house to address an issue with my baseboard heating. After looking at the problem, they performed some work that turned out to be unrelated to the original issue, then billed me $3,000 — and the problem still was not fixed.

What makes this even more frustrating is that they later quoted an additional $2,000 to come back and “see if they could maybe fix it.” I find it hard to understand how this company operates. They seemed uncertain from the start about whether they could solve the actual problem, yet proceeded with expensive, unrelated work.

Overall, I cannot recommend Green Energy AC. The experience left me feeling misled and without resolution. Stay away and do not engage with this company.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Green Energy AC Heating & Plumbing Repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From my initial meeting with Kevin Polito through to the completion of the project, their team was consistently prompt, professional, and responsive to all my questions.

Green Energy installed a Mitsubishi H2I cooling and heating system in my collision repair shop, and the difference has been remarkable. This system runs flawlessly, providing far superior performance compared to my previous gas system. Hollie and Kaprisa also assisted in getting my Mass Save rebate processed very quickly, which was a huge bonus.

I am having them changing my furnace down in the basement. They delayed the installation date twice which I wasn’t too concerned at the beginning. I understand things happen. Finally when they showed up, they couldn’t get the job done after 8-9 hours because they were missing parts and had to come back. On the 2nd day when they came back, then they said the electrician had something else at a different job and was delayed so they still couldn’t finish the job and left. When I called the office and asked when they would come back, the manager said they would call the owner and then call me back by end of day. Guess what, when I called back after 5, I got routed to the voice service and was then told the manager left for the day. They either overpacked their technicians’ schedules or just don’t have a good sense on how much time and what parts/tools are needed for the job. They certainly sounded nice on the phone but just didn’t deliver the service.
