Reviews of local pros in Canton, Massachusetts

We recently hired Infinity Chimney Cleaning when we started having trouble with our chimney dampers and couldn't find anyone who could clearly explain what was going on. As soon as Ricky arrived, he got right to work, climbing up the ladder and quickly figuring out the problem. Within just 15 minutes, he explained everything in simple terms and offered us a few solutions, including a quick fix that let us keep using our fireplace safely until we decide on a permanent repair. The whole experience was honest, friendly, and very professional. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable chimney sweep services!

carson was incredibly helpful, even though he had to let us know about some things that needed attention with our wood burning fireplace and chimney. he patiently explained every part of our chimney system and made sure we understood what we could and couldn’t do, especially with all the current safety codes in canton. i really appreciated how he walked me through the details and the math for everything, so i felt confident about what needed to be done. the last company that came out didn’t take the time to explain things like this. i’m glad we went with infinity chimney cleaning for our chimney sweep.

Here’s a rewritten version of the review, following your requirements: I recently had Carson from a local chimney sweep service come out to my apartment for what I thought was a small issue in my chimney, but it turned out there were several dead birds and even a squirrel stuck inside. Carson managed to fit us into his busy schedule, and both he and his assistant were extremely friendly and made sure everything stayed neat and tidy during their work. When they opened up the damper, I was shocked at what had been causing all the trouble in our home. Carson even let me take a picture as a funny memory, which really helped lighten the mood. After removing the animals, Carson went the extra mile and vacuumed up all the black flies that had shown up because of the situation, which was more than I expected. The team showed true care and professionalism, making a stressful situation so much easier for me and my roommates, especially since none of us knew anything about chimneys! Carson also shared some funny stories and photos from past jobs, and we all ended up laughing together. My landlord was so impressed that they decided to have two new chimney caps installed to help prevent this from happening again. If we ever have another chimney problem, I know exactly who to call. I highly recommend this chimney sweep company for anyone needing reliable and kind service.
