Quick to get an appointment. Jeremy and Tyler were very pleasant and professional. We have been with Helgerson for many years and have always been happy with the service we receive.

We have had a lot of trouble with our Septic system this past year and have had to call Helgersons for help several times. From the woman that answers the phone to the guys that come out to the house, EVERYONE is kind, helpful, courteous, efficient and hard-working. They are a GREAT group of people and an excellent company. We HIGHLY recommend Helgersons.

Great Service, easy to work with and great pricing.

The whole experience with helgerson was great ! The woman I spoke to on the phone to set up my appointment was wonderful. She went over all the pricing and explained everything in detail . This was my first time getting the septic pumped since buying my dads house . The driver was here early and so nice. He was very personable and even noted that we had marine corps decor which was from mylate father.

Jeremy came to inspect for a Title 5 Report. He was helpful, informative, professional, and personable. It was the same for my interactions with the office. It was a pleasure to do business with the Helgerson’s team. I highly recommend them to you!

Called Helgerson Excavation to have septic tank pumped. Job was scheduled for 10/23/23. The truck arrived that morning on time, and the operator swiftly attached the hoses and began pumping the tank. John was very personable and explained the
requirements to properly maintain the system. He also checked the baffle in tank. Very professional, well done.

I have been using Helgerson's for as long as I remember, and have always been happy with their professionalism. I use their preventative maintenance schedule for my home system. My work requires their services at least once a month, and they respond quickly. This is a five star business.

From my first call to them explaining the bill to me has been outstanding. Kudus to Jeremy and Bill for doing such an incredible job that left my property as clean as when they arrived. It is refreshing to see employees who like what they do. Helgerson will now be my go-to company for all my outside needs.

This company is fantastic. We hired them to do a grease trap cleaning and they were awesome. They took my call right away, got me lined up for the next day, called me when they needed to bring in some extra gear, and helped get the issue fixed right away. I would HIGHLY recommend them. A big shout out to Josh who did the onsite work; he was great.

We were Jeremy’s last job of the day and he still took extra time to backwash the solids to prevent future build up. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. It would have been very easy to cut corners, especially on the last job of the day and I told him so. He said he treats every home like it’s his own. A true professional. Highly recommend Helgerson’s.

We've been a customer of Helgerson's for years! They are always super professional and take the time to walk me through the entire pumping and inspection process. They are the best!

I want to say that we have been using Helgerson's for many years, and recently found ourselves in need of a Title 5 inspection and routine clean out of our septic system. This is a wonderful company, and every, and I mean EVERY, person we have dealt with has been professional, polite, and more than accommodating. From the owner to the new employee driving the clean out truck, they are always great to work with. They were here yesterday to do this work, and you can't tell by my lawn that they were even here! Great job, and cleanup! My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My house was in the process of being sold, and I was under an extremely tight deadline to replace the septic system due to fact that the buyers would lose their financing, and the sale would fall through. I won't list all the complexities of the job, but there were several challenges, time being the most crucial. The extra effort that was put in to complete the job on time was amazing to say the least. I want to thank Dave and especially Andy for the outstanding service they provided. I highly recommend Helgerson Excavating for their quality of work and professionalism.

I had my septic tank pumped on 8/28/2024. Tech, Tyler, did an excellent job and explained everything to me. Put my yard back in the condition it started at. I recommend this company as I've been using them for decades now.

Helgerson's consistently delivers the highest quality of services. Most recently we needed testing and excavation services in addition to septic pumping services. All Helgerson's team members are extremely professional, competent, courteous and caring. Helgerson's is our one-and-only go to for all of our environmental and septic services.

Always very nice and respectful. The best drivers that are always a great help and very polite. Helgerson’s is 5 stars in our family book.

Dave came out a couple months ago to do an exploratory on our leach field system & has been great helping us deal with some septic issues & a future plan to do work on a new leach field.
Tyler came out today and pumped our tanks. He’s very knowledgeable and went above and beyond answering all of our questions and concerns! Thank you so much guys!
