Tyler was right on time and did a great job recommending how to handle scheduling service for our 2,500 tight tank. He made sure the yard looked the same as it did before he opened the tank. He was courteous, neat and quick - great guy!

We had a great experience with Helgerson's! Dave was so friendly and wonderful to work with. They booked our Title 5 inspection and septic pump timely and went out of their way to make sure the paperwork was in time for the sale of my home. Thank you again!

Great company and great people to work with. I needed a title V and found the D-box needed to be replaced. The work was professional and left the site in perfect order. I also needed to identity where the leach field was and they help with that as well. I will always use their services. Best around.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews but feel compelled to in this instance. I highly recommend Helgerson's. They are honest, professional and very thorough. This particular job was a difficult one for a few different reasons and they handled it perfectly. My main contact, Dave, is a true gentleman and one of the nicer contractors I've worked with. We would text back at fourth at all hours and he never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. There was minor problem with the first payment but they continued with the work anyways and did not make an issue out of it. In closing, 5 stars for this company and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Customer service and Drivers do an Amazing job! I've been using Helgerson's for years pumping my septic tank out yearly! Drivers are very professional and know there job! Customer service is top notch also! Remember you need to have your septic tank pumped every year to avoid any problems!
DON'T go with companies like Wind River there drivers are like car salesman they try and sell you crap every time they show up!

They do annual clean-outs of the septic systems for the 61 homes in our neighborhood. For 2 of the 20+ systems, they did preventive maintenance to forestall problems down the rod.

My fiancee used this service ,was charged more a month ago than quoted recently when a Title 5 inspection was asked for ! In addition their price was higher for the inspection without the cleaning than other companies we called ! No customer service loyalty IMO Very disappointing for company you planned to keep. Check others! Response to their request I would only say my fiancee( now wife) went to a another septic company and was happy with the service and value that she received!The bottom line is truly that my wife had been a customer of yours for years and personally felt the office hard lined her on the service and price and there was no working with them based on past services being duplicated and her past loyalty as a customer Thank you Dennis
