We are new to the area and have been looking for a septic company to use. We decided to go with Helgerson’s and do not regret our decision at all. Tyler and Bill were very personable, respectful of the property and super efficient. We would highly recommend Helgerson’s to anyone looking for a septic company to use!

I recommend Helgersons! They did a great job putting in our septic system 9 years ago.
I recently had them come to empty the septic and they were problems with the lid. Tyler did everything he could think of to fix the problem. He went far and beyond and kept his sense of humor the whole time. Plus he fixed the problem. Thank you Tyler!!

Recently had my septic pumped by Helgerson’s. The office was very friendly and booked me an appointment within a week. Tyler pumped my tank and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure to walk me thru what he had done. I will definitely use Helgerson’s again.

Couldn’t be happier with their customer service. Long story short we had a backup in our house. I called 5 other companies (One of them we have been a customer with for over ten years, no call back) and Helgerson’s was the first to call back and showed up within an hour of calling them. This was an emergency call and I paid extra (which is fine and totally understandable and a fair rate in my eyes for an emergency call) their technician Josh that came out was great. The main drain for our septic system was clogged. He was very professional and helpful. Keep in mind this work was done on a Saturday night in the rain as well. Helgerson’s just gained a new customer. Looking forward to being a customer of theirs for future work. Highly recommend them.

My septic system was having issues on a Sunday morning. I knew I needed a pump truck asap
Answering service got me to the on call technician. Josh was super friendly and patient answering all my concerns and questions.
Josh was at my place within an hour with the pump truck .

I called Helgerson’s on Monday for a sag in our main sewer line and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Jeremy and Josh did an excellent job replacing the pipe and putting our yard back to how it was before they started. They were courteous, professional, and worked well as a team. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with at this company have been great. Thanks, Dave, for getting this done so quickly and for less money than you quoted!

Filled out the form for a Title 5 inspection and the front desk called me within an hour to set up an appointment. The crew that came out was friendly and professional and had the job done in a timely manner. They made everything easy to understand as well.

We have been using Helgerson's for years. Even though the company dynamics have changed recently, the service hasn't changed at all. Tyler did our service this year and he was wonderful. I had a relatively small job at my home. I contacted Helgerson's and Dave came out the next day to look at what I needed and provide advice on how they could help me. He provided thoughtful solutions that met my needs and I appreciated that even though the job was small by his standards that he understood it's importance to me.

The crew that came to perform the work a week later was excellent. They were friendly, listened to my requests about how the work should be done, asked my opinion on what they were doing (ex: would I like them to save a particular bush) and did a great job.

We needed a new riser and cover for the d-box for our septic system. I called Helgerson’s and Dave was out that day to inspect what we needed and Mike installed it the following day. Very polite and very professional. Extremely happy with the level of service. Thank you!

We had an issue with our septic pump alarm. It was a holiday but Josh was extremely helpful with reviewing photos and plans to save an emergency fee. We did need someone to come look at it and the next day they called and were on there way first thing in the morning. AJ was very professional, taught us a lot and made sure check everything for us and to make sure things were working properly which they were not it was out floats that were the issue. AJ was awesome I would highly recommend either one of them!!!

We highly recommend Helgerson's! Our septic backed up into our bathroom fixtures (so disgusting) and Tom came out early on a Saturday morning to pump out our tank. That didn't resolve the issue, so he continued to search, working tirelessly, until he uncovered a separate access where pipes were crossed and blocking the outlet. As soon as he discovered this and moved the pipes, everything drained quickly. We're very grateful for Helgerson's expert service and emergency availability!

The words "septic problem" made me nauseous. After some recommendations chose Helgerson's. Their team came out, identified the problem, explaining every step, were prompt, thorough. They were very respectful of my property. I would definitely recommend Helgerson's.
