Years ago, Luke and his team took down our very old deck and installed new stairs. Just recently, his team transformed our backyard with a new patio, walkway and sod. His team was very nice and always put our interests first. Would highly recommend!

Working with Luke was wonderful. I was left in a difficult situation by another contractor—no walkways, a gaping hole where my back steps were, and an absolute complete mess. My daughter urged me to call the contractor she had used, Luke. I'm so grateful I did. Luke was patient and took the time to explain every detail. He was able to find matching pavers and wall stones that had been sitting in my yard for over a year, and he offered me a fair price. He and his team rebuilt my walkways, created a beautiful patio, installed a new granite staircase, added plantings, and even solved a long-standing drainage issue. The men worked quickly, efficiently, and with great care. Everything turned out beautiful. I always worry about tripping and falling but I now feel at ease walking around my yard without worrying about uneven surfaces or missing steps. Luke also suggested adding lighting along my long driveway, which was a wonderful idea. The lights are pretty and practical. I am truly pleased with everything in my yard and can’t recommend Luke and his company highly enough. They are honest, skilled, and take great pride in their work. They really care about their clients and their safety.

Commonwealth has been working on our street for quite a while. They’re putting in new waterlines. Every person we’ve spoken to has been extremely professional and polite.
Last night we had what appeared to be a leak and we weren’t sure if it was our water heater, boiler or from the construction. It was Saturday night about 8 o’clock at night and I called the number that was provided by Commenwealth. While we were down cleaning up the water the person in charge called me 12 times. I unfortunately didn’t have my phone with me. I called him back and he took the time to walk me through what possibly could’ve been the cause and again was very professional and helpful. We found out it was the boiler and some gaskets that needed to be replaced.
I can’t say enough about this company.
