I recently hired Leblanc Plumbing and Heating to service my forced hot water heating system. It was a multi day job and each day Kyle and his crew were right on time. The quality of their work was excellent and they even cleaned up some of the existing piping that they didn't replace as part of the project. They were professional, friendly, and did an excellent job at a fair price. I'll be using them for all of my future plumbing and heating needs.

We first met Kyle J. LeBlanc Plumbing & Heating during our home renovation, which was managed through a design-build company. Kyle was the plumbing subcontractor. He walked us through our goals, which included a full pipe replacement and transition to PEX, upgrading natural gas line sizes, and converting all the old cast iron vent and sewer pipes to PVC. He provided a clear, detailed breakdown of every project, including installing a water manifold system, which we really appreciated.

Kyle’s team, especially Jordan and Justin, was outstanding. They were respectful, professional, fast, and did excellent work.

Months after the renovation, we realized we no longer had exterior spigots for hoses or appliance-specific shutoffs. We texted Kyle, and at no charge, he scheduled his team to come back within a couple of days to install everything.

We had such a good experience that we hired them directly for another project: converting a 1/2 bath into a full bath with a shower and adding proper fan venting outside. Again, the pricing was very reasonable, the communication was great, and they were extremely accommodating. I’ve specifically requested Jordan multiple times because he does fantastic work and explains everything clearly.

We’ll absolutely be using Kyle and his team again when we redo our next two bathrooms, as well as for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Kyle & his team are great. They are very knowledgeable, informative & professional based on our experiences. They installed a new on demand heating system in our house and performed the tasks quickly & cleaned up after themselves. Kyle even negotiated a whole new heater system replacement when ours failed after only a year. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

After doing ALOT of research on heating and cooling systems, including taking advantage of expert advice from free heating/cooling coaches in our town, a MassSave audit, and receiving information and quotes from many other companies regarding heat pumps, boilers, and HVAC systems, I highly recommend Eric C. Foster Plumbing and Heating. The customer service from the time of taking my first call to the final install was top notch. Not only were all my questions answered when Todd Foster did the home visit, but he took the time to email me very detailed responses to the multiple follow-up questions I had regarding the system.  I was out of town during the install, but my family gave the team extremely high marks for professionalism, cleanliness, attention to detail, and pride in their own work.  My family even sent a picture of the final result while I was on the road!  To be specific, we replaced a 30+ year old American Standard boiler and 10 year old hot water heater with a Veissmann 95% Efficient Wall hung boiler plus self mixing indirect storage tank for our hot water.  I didn't know getting a boiler could actually be a pleasant experience!

Can’t recommend this company enough! Our central air unit stopped working on one of the hottest days of summer. Being 6 months pregnant and having four indoor cats, I was so stressed we were going to be without cool air for days. But fortunately, Andrew was able to come out to our house right away and he was wonderful! He was extremely polite and professional and was able to identify and fix the problem very quickly. Andrew is a hero!

They actually came early and had my hot water heater working in no time. The 2 guys were wonderful and polite. Explained what happened for me to understand. You have 2 really great employees, representing Eric Foster plumbing.

They quickly addressed the problem and contacted the manufacturer of the water heater for a new part. Fingers crossed the part works but they were timely and courteous too.

Excellent service; on time, professional, answered all my questions. He worked quickly and neatly. Five stars for sure!!

The EC Foster team is awesome. We use them for everything- big and small including replacement of gas boiler. Most recently Foster team installed two French Quarter natural gas lights on our backyard patio. The team did an amazing job. Highly recommend. Jared always spends time to understand the job and incorporating his suggestions have always improved upon what we were originally thinking about. The installers are punctual and take great care in their work.

The service was prompt. The service tech was very knowledgeable & polite. Diagnosed the issue and got the system running properly again. Thanks!
