We recently spoke with Rita who helped us to set up a heating oil plan for the winter, and she couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Too often customers only comment online when they have something negative to say, but we want Alliance Express to know that Rita was great and we truly appreciated her excellent customer service. Thanks so much for guiding us through the process!

I wanted to renew our policy to take advantage of a capped rate, but I had a number of questions. I spoke with Rita, who was not only incredibly patient with me, but also personal, efficient and very thorough. I have a new contract and I'm so happy I called. Thank you Alliance and thank you Rita!

I was a loyal automatic customer for 10+ years.
I called to get a delivery because we ran out of oil.
I logged in to my account and to my surprise we were behind on our payments for a few months. I wasn't notified at all so I had no clue. So while logged in I paid the total outstanding balance and called for a delivery.
That's when I found out that I had been grossly over paying constantly for years. The asked me to pay $300 upfront to lock in at $5 bucks a gallon. The same day I got a quote from a full service oil company for $4.26.00 and a delivery the next day for $3.33.00.
Do not lull yourself to sleep with this company they will creep into your wallet.

Customer service department impossible to contact - ? Inadequate staffing? - distressing when the problem is a near empty oil tank in frigid weather.

My household has been doing business with these snakes for 21+ years now..We've had no issues with our oil tank which yes is getting there in age and needs to be replaced in a couple years since there's no leaks or damage to it at all.
Last month their guy came and overfilled our tank by at least 7 gallons and it was over pressurized and started leaking out of the pipes..we contacted them and all they did was suck out the excess oil and then push the oil that was in the vent pipe into the tank.
We are on auto serve so this month we were running low on oil and they usually come fill it by now..after many calls and irritation they are refusing to fill our oil tank because of the damage their delivery guy caused to our tank and they're making excuses as to why it's our fault because our dog was barking and the neighbors dog was barking and he didnt hear the whistle..their excuses have been like it's old and needs to be replaced..then it's on cinder blocks as it has been since we moved in and they checked when we first started getting oil from them without issue..then they're saying the incline of the pipes are wrong and that's a reason..
These people have no accountability and do not accept responsibility for the ignorance of their employee..they came and cleaned up the oil but refused to fix the pipes they burst and caused a leak on by over presurring..they've denied responsibility for the damage of their negligence.
We're overpaying for oil through this company..we were told we would get 100 gallons today and only got 3 galloms for 34 dollars like how much are we paying for this crap??????? 34 dollars for 3 gallons???really?? That's including all these secret fees like insurance and hazard pay..sooooo if we are paying 34 dollars for 3 gallons including insurance fees and hazard then maybe you guys should be fixing what you broke??? You ever hear the saying "you break you buy" when you go into a store??well YOU BROKE IT SO YOU SHOULD BE PAYING FOR IT!! as your contract says "you're responsible if it is due to negligence " well YOUR GUY WAS NEGLIGENT AND OVERFILLED OUR TANK AND MADE IT BURST THE PIPES AND NOW HE CAN HEAR GURGLING AS IF ITS FILLED EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT!!

They've gone way down hill. I called to speak with them, which led to nowhere, and then the next oil refill we received was priced at $5.99 for 144 gallons, and we have been with this company for the last 25 years. VERY BAD BUSINESS ETHICS

Alliance Express charged me $5.40 per gallon for heating oil when the average price in Massachusetts is $3.78 per gallon. This company is not honest. We did business with them for 30 years and this is how they treat their customers. I will tell everyone I know not to do business with them.

Scam. Advertised oil price for first fill up never actually happens. As seen on attached photo they inspected tank, everything was good. Driver screwed up and pumped into a full tank making a very small leak. Now they tell us on the phone we need to replace everything.

They come in, make a bogus claim about your equipment then try to get you to replace it all. Twice in 5 years we have tried to use this company. Each time they try price gouging. Delivery guy pumps oil regardless of if he hears a whistle. All around bad experience and would recommend never using them.
