My husband thought it was a good idea to save money, use the fireplace and turn the heat down. Well our basement got too cold and froze our pipes which cracked. We didn't notice the leaks so it all just sort of got soggy and sat down there. Our basement wasn't finished, more of a cellar so we didn't notice anything until it started to smell, musty like always but super strong.  We had Green Restoration come check it out. Since there were obviously signs something needed to be done we had them start drying the area and protecting the rest of our house which they were able to start immediately. They found people to take care of everything for us, even a plumber to replace the pipes. They also helped us deal with our insurance so we didn't make any mistakes on the paperwork or anything that could let them deny us on a tecnicality or something. We are definitely going to call them when we can afford to finish the basement.

While they did show up a few minutes late, they actually called ahead to inform me they were running late. Bonus point for communication.
Upon arrival, I'm appreciative that there was no assumed handshake, but rather a very small fistbump, due to concerns of the current corona risks. Extra consideration for going in and out of different peoples houses all day.
Inspection itself was smooth, they wore booties on their shoes to not track anything around, took notes, pictures, measurements, answered my questions, and even examined rooms that had no visible mold just because e mentioned the odor. In other words, they were thorough. So far, so good.

Jeremy and William did an excellent job. They promised my house would look like they were never here and it was better than that. They were honest and very helpful. Melissa, the girl in the office, was very knowledgeable and polite. She helped me through the process so I wasn’t stressed and always kept me up to date. Thank you guys for caring and helping me get my home back.

Great service! I used GRG again for carpet and upholstery cleaning and they did a spectacular job! Both times their stuff was very professional and they were very polite. The cost was an average to what we paid last year when we used different company but GRG using only environmental friendly products and we can tell a difference right away. We will always use their services and recommend to our family and friends.

Alliance did an amazing job siding, installing triple pane windows, and gutters, on our home! They were professional, kind, and respectful. Don’t hesitate to call them!

Alliance Home Improvement stripped cedar shingles from the second floor and three third floor dormers of my home and replaced them with vinyl Cape Cod shingles and trim. All second floor roof gutters were replaced. The quality of the work was excellent. The crew worked long hours in extreme heat to complete the job in a timely fashion. The supervisor of the job was accommodating to my request for work to be performed that wasn’t part of the contract. I was impressed with the professionalism of the personnel associated with this business throughout my interactions with them during the course of the project.

We got estimates from 3 different companies for siding our entire house and Alliance was the clear choice from the start. They worked with us the entire way to accommodate our house's unique issues, our strict timeframe, and our budget. We could not be happier with the results and we got exactly what we wanted!!

We went with sears because the price was right. At first we were very nervous about having a contractor who we did not hire but was hired by sears come in because you never know what you are going to get. As soon as the project manager gave us a call, I instantly googled the truck name and saw the great reviews! Sears contracted alliance home improvement and we were very impressed. For a two man crew they completed our house within a week. They were here early and stayed late! They also hung our shutters along with new outside lights we purchased with no problem. Very happy so far with everything. Would highly recommend them!

The entire Team was professional, polite and did an amazing job installing my new sliding glass door and two new front storm doors. The finish work on the trim, inside and outside the house, is beautiful! I will be hiring them again to install new windows in the future. Awesome experience and can’t say enough great things about all the employees!

I actually asked Sergiy, the owner of this great company, if I could write a review as reading the reviews for Alliance is what convinced me to hire them to replace my wooden house siding with high quality vinyl siding and redo one window and gutters. I thought they were terrific. They were responsive, took several trips to view the house and make recommendations, had the best price for the best quality materials (even offered me better materials at the same cost when they were able to get them quickly), and most of all, did the work on time and left the place impeccably clean. I had a tight window with one tenant moving out and one moving in and they came exactly when I asked them to despite me changing the times. I wasn't there but the tenant who was still there praised them too. I finally saw the house in person yesterday (after Sergiy gave me updates and photos while I was gone) and was so impressed I asked him if I could write a review. Five stars!!!

Alliance did my siding back in April and it came out better than I expected, excellent workmanship will get them for my next project, I highly recommend them as they are professional and efficient.

We hired Alliance to strip and redo our roof. The whole process was so easy, from signing contracts and scanning them back (social distancing!) to paying easily online. The crew was out within 2 weeks of signing (a recent project by another company --not Alliance --took months to start, so THIS was amazing). The crew did an incredible--and speedy--job! Not only was the work impressive and professional, but they also did a fantastic job making sure that our yard was completely cleaned up. We will definitely recommend Alliance to others!!!

As a first time home owner, I did quite a bit of homework to find the right company to help me revamp this old house of mine. I interviewed five separate companies and settled on Alliance - I wasn’t disappointed. Not only were they very clear with the entire process, they were responsive, courteous, and very personable. In the time it took me to mow my one and a half lot property and weed one garden, the two man crew that came out to the house fully replaced, sealed, and cleaned a 15 window installation, leaving this old house with a new facelift. I have worked in retail and customer service for thirteen years now, and they exceeded every expectation I had for their crew. I’ve already happily recommended them to several friends - and I recommend them to you, too.

Alliance recently resided our cottage. From the initial contact through the planning, cost estimate and completion of the work was a smooth, very satisfying experience. The work was done very quickly with full cleanup and a beautiful final product. The workers did not speak English (Ukrainian and Russian). However, it was always an easy call to communicate with Serge, who runs the business. I would strongly recommend alliance home improvement to all.

Best experience ever!!!!! I got windows removed and replaced it with sliding doors. I was shopping around for different estimates and Alliance Home Improvement was the best, not only with price but with commutation. I received a quote instantly and a date that they’ll be able to start the job. 2 of the team members came and completed the job right away. They cleaned as they worked, which I was very impressed by. When they left there wasn’t anything left behind only the beautiful door, you couldn’t even tell that a project has just taken placed. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to any and every one.

I had a very good experience with Alliance Home Improvement! They are prompt, professional, courteous and informed. They cleaned up really well after my gutters were installed with gutter guards. Crew that came to my house was wonderful. I ended up having a problem/concern with a water leak, and wasn't sure if it was a result of the gutter work or the new roof I had put in 4 years ago. The owner heard my concerns over the phone, and came over the very next morning to check on this problem for me. They found the reason for the leak quickly, and it was with the roof, but they still corrected this problem for me and at no extra charge. I am beyond happy with this wonderful local company, and will be using their services again in the future. I highly recommend Alliance Home Improvement.

Alliance provided roofing, siding, and gutter services for us. We cannot put into words how happy we are with their communication and services.
