Alliance did an excellent job on my siding and gutters from the estimate to the final touches. They had a reasonable price compared to others and they had the color I wanted. The guys that came out were very respectful and had good communication with me throughout the project. They cleaned up after themselves every single day, which was nice because it was windy and I’m sure things would have blown around if they hadn’t. The owner was extremely responsive and had great communication with me. They found a lot of rot on my old house, but fixed it right up with no issue. My house looks absolutely beautiful. If I ever need more work done, I’m definitely calling them. Highly recommend!

Great siding company, they did an awesome job installing our siding and door. My husband and I and beyond happy with this big project and please with the outcome. Of the three companies we invited for a free estimate, Alliance felt the best from the beginning, and we are glad we chose them. The entire experience, from the first meeting with Dave to the final day of the siding job, was excellent. Gregor and his crew were polite, on time, and professional every day, and Sergiy was an excellent coordinator. They do GREAT work. Alliance Home Improvement exceeded our expectations and came in at the exact estimated price. They transformed our house and we have received multiple compliments from neighbors. The work the team at Alliance Home Improvement does speaks for itself: every piece of vinyl siding is perfectly cut, level, secure, and skillfully matched with all of the pieces around it. The siding seams are well-integrated to the point that you can barely see them, the window wraps are perfect with crisp parallel creases and clean mitered edges, and the corner posts are cleanly cut and make the house looker sharper and more modern than it looked with wood. The metal wraps around doors are cut and caulked so artfully that I can barely tell where the metal ends and the white wood begins. They left their work site immaculate to the point that there hasn’t been a single piece of leftover trash to throw out, and Sergiy even let us throw out some old junk in the dumpster they brought for the job. They also installed new gutters as part of the siding job, which is amazing and none of the other contractors we asked for quotes from offered this. The gutters look great and have a better tilt to them than our old gutters did so we no longer have overflow issues by our garage door.

In addition to installing premium Allside Charter Oak vinyl siding our wooden clapboard house, garage, and add-on, they also replaced an interior wood door that stuck when you closed it with a fiberglass door. It looks fantastic, seals better than wood, and—amazingly—they were able to remove and then replace the old trim so that we didn’t have to refinish anything. We’d fully expected to have to refinish the area around the door, and they went out of their way and beyond our expectations to make sure that we did not have to.

They also replaced three old storm doors that didn’t seal well with new doors that seal correctly and look much better than the old doors did. Again, these were perfectly installed to the point that it’s more art than construction: perfectly aligned, sealed in the right spots, and caulk and nails well hidden.

Beyond their world-class work, they are simply a pleasure to work with: Sergiy the owner is incredibly responsive to text and calls and went out of his way to order custom items for us such as vents and windows; Dave helped us plan our project and answered my million questions with a million great answers; and the crew who did the work—team leader the second Sergiy, and team members Oleg and Mikle—are absolutely amazing at what they do and work faster than seems possible while also upholding quality standards that completely blew away our expectations. They kept us informed of the process, asked for our input about how to make things look, worked hard to meet our special requests such as for new vents, and did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, in a friendly, timely, and helpful way.

This was the largest and most expensive home project we’ve ever embarked on, and we were hesitant to put our home in the hands of someone else. I’m so glad we met Alliance and we asked them to accomplish this project for us. It was absolutely a great experience, with amazing results, and I’d come back to them again.

We wanted to put up siding on our home. We had gotten 3 quotes and at the last minute we were introduced to Sergie at Alliance. Keith, one of there salesmen, came. He was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions. The other companies who quoted did not have the exact color we were looking for. Keith did. the first quote he gave us was high. He said it was because my wife chose the the better quality siding. So I asked him what would the less expensive siding cost and would we know the difference. That price was a good price. I told him we were still waiting on another quote so we would let him know.
All the other companies who were quoting could not do the work till spring of 2023. A couple of days later I called Keith and said that my wife loves the better quality siding and can he do better on the price. about 20 minutes later Keith called and gave us a great price and the clincher was that he could start at the end of October. I told him it was his job.

Sergie, the owner called after I signed the contract. I said this is a big house so how long will it take. He said around 3 to 3 1/2 weeks. They started on October 24. Three workers another Sergie (the foreman), Oleg and Mika. These 3 worked like 9.
Every recommendation they had we went with (and my wife is very picky). We had them take out 2 windows and instal 3 in the wall air conditioners. We were not there most of the time. They cut the holes and installed the air conditioners on a Saturday (that was the only time we could be there). After that we gave Sergie a key so they can do the drywall inside the house.
The inside looks like it was always that way. They did an awesome job.

If there was an issue Sergie would take a picture and send it to me. They finished on November 10th. We did a walk around and had a couple of issues. They fixed it on the spot.

I highly recommend Alliance. They know what there doing and they are very easy to work with. Plus they do a great job.

Alliance was an amazing company to work with! From the salesman coming to our home to the finished product. They replaced 8 windows and resided our house that went from 50 year old cedar shingles to vinyl siding. This was not an easy job. The attention to detail and craftsmanship demonstrated their level of pristine quality and customer care. I can't wait to have another opportunity to use Alliance Home Improvement again.

I can say my experience was wonderful with all! We had a little problem with windows being delayed a few times, but it all came together in the end. These Guys work so hard and so dillegently. I am beyond pleased and would recommend them to anyone. My Neighbors were so impressed by the work they did and the work ethic. You don't find that anymore, or rarely if you do. I want to thank both Sergi's, Oleg and the older Gentleman. I can't recall his name, for working so very hard. They are the best!

Alliance Home improvement does wonderful work. The two gentlemen that came to do my windows were fast, kind, courteous, and did amazing work. The two gentlemen where here a little after 9:30 am and finished a little before 5 pm

Great company to work with. I've had their services twice, to aluminum wrap windows and exterior trims on a 4-unit building. Very professional, showed up timely, and importantly job completed to my liking and the cost was very reasonable. Definitely recommend this company. Fantastic experience from start to finish, a real pleasure. Everything went smoothly. We had our old windows replaced, the siding stripped and replaced, and the gutters replaced. Great communication throughout, excellent workmanship in all aspects of the project, and the crew cleaned up the site at the end of every day. Highly recommend.

The crew was excellent! They had a big job here including a Dutch Windmill to tackle. Everything looks terrific! They even helped me hang up the new lights when putting everything back on the new house. Would definitely recommend them for your outside work that you need done.

Excellent service! Allied did the siding on my very old house. The siding they used is really nice compared to the stuff you get at your home improvement store. Their professional siding technicians are very skilled at what they do. Anyone with an old house knows the challenges of unforeseen issues. These guys moved right along without missing a beat. I just engaged Lee Termite Pest Control Services in Chicopee, and I’m extremely satisfied! Ben served as our technician, and he was highly professional, timely, and knowledgeable. Initially, we sought pest control services, but following his inspection, he suggested chimney repair services and dryer vent cleaning as well — which was logical considering our home’s age. All tasks were completed in one visit and with meticulous attention. Ben dedicated time to clarify every stage of the procedure and also provided us with maintenance advice. The change in airflow following the cleaning of the dryer vent was instant, and our fireplace is functioning flawlessly now. I was quoted $250-$300 by Lee Pest Control on the phone to have someone come spray for centipedes. Company showed up a couple hours late; almost 8pm at night. Then proceeded to tell my 23 year old son (I was not home at the time) that they needed to fumigate the house at $600 per level (basement plus two other levels) due to mold on the window sills, which would have been $1800!! The mold comment didn't even make sense. I got on the phone with them and told them 'thank you for their time', but I am going to get a second opinion, so there would be no services performed tonight. They then tried to pressure me by dropping the price to $500 per level. I said no again. They were then not leaving the property and making my son very uncomfortable. They then told me they could maybe do a further discount, and they were simply not listening to me telling them that I wanted a second opinion and that they needed to leave my property now. They did not. So, I told them to leave the property now or I would call the police. That made them decide to leave. I called Terminix the next day and they came out and sprayed on the outside for $300 (and actually told us that we probably don't even need to spray at all because centipedes are a 'one and done' kind of insect invasion). They said specifically that fumigating the house for centipedes is the WRONG thing to do and totally not necessary, so Terminix treated the outside and we haven't had any more centipedes. Go Terminix!! Stay away from Lee...sketchy business practices from what I've seen.
