The team at HomePro was professional and courteous from the initial estimate to job complete. They did quality work, going above and beyond on our new gutters and door repairs, and we appreciated their attention to detail. The entire staff treated our family (and dog) kindly. I'd strongly recommend them for any home improvement work.

We called HomePro for help after putting some minor house repairs off for a long time (didn't have anyone reliable, previously) and they did a great job!

Mark was very responsive and quick after I emailed and was able to come to our house and do a site walk through within a few days. He answered all my questions in a very accessible easy to understand manner and once the repairmen arrived on site to do the work everyone was professional, friendly, and on time.

We will definitely be using them again in the future if more repairs come up in the house, and it's wonderful to have the fresh and clean coat of paint in our bathroom, as well as a working front screen door and new plumbing fixtures!

Repairs included replacing a fence gate post to allow room for expansion of metal gate latch in warmer summer weather. Also had an older storm door replaced with a beautiful Anderson door.

We recently hired HomePro to do some interior work, as well as some decking, and we couldn't be happier. Their professionalism and craftsmanship have been top knotch from start to finish. They are courteous with our home. If they saw a potential issue, they would offer a solution. Their office is communicative and responsive. They're the first to call when we need help with our home, and we're already planning more jobs for them to do. They do it right the first time. Great company!

The worker sent was Steve Runnels who was such a nice person. Did a nice job, cleaned up after the job was competed and made sure the work completed was done correctly.

Homepro recently completed a job installing custom shelves and rods in our closets, and we're really pleased with the results. The entire team was very responsive to questions and easy to communicate with from the initial bid and scheduling to the end results, and they were able to get us on the books and the job completed quicker than we were expecting. They included a random extra little project working with materials we had on hand, which was nice and so convenient! I was able to chat about the scope of what they do, which is extensive, and we'll use them again for sure.

Our dining room looks amazing. We had new lighting, drywall on ceiling, walls repaired and all repainted. Steven and Max (I could be wrong on this name) really exceptional at their work. Thank you.

I first called Homepro to replace my deck, to my surprise they found a solution without replacing and they fixed it. They saved me a lot of money! I have since had them redo my staircase, fix my ceilings and get rid of the popcorn (which came out beautiful). They just finished putting up storage units in my garage. I hated the way typical shelves showed all my junk. Mark came over and found a solution to what was bothering me. Again it came out beautiful!. Everyone that worked on my projects were wonderful and very knowledgeable. I will definatly be calling them again with my next project. 😋

We had the basement flooring and new drywall put in after a flooding nightmare. I’m thoroughly happy with the service provided by HomePro. This review is especially for Steven Russels whom took special care to ensure the job looked professional. You can tell he has an enormous amount of experience through his completed work. His work looked much better than the previously installed walls I had in the house. Steven is the Michael Angelo of drywall/painting work. I will definitely ask for him again in my next project. The floor was done by a differently HomePro crew and they also did good. 5+ stars

Tried to get a few tvs hung up, sent pics beforehand, etc. Guy showed up smelling like alcohol and cigarettes, said that he couldn’t do it and to call someone else. I did and magically they were able to hang them fine. He was driving a car with a 5 on the side i think? and ran over my lawn on the way out.

I have worked with Mark, Rebecca, and crew quite a bit over the last year or so. I manage a six unit apartment building in Springfield, and we have used Home Pros for all of our building construction and maintenance needs. They are responsive, professional, fair, and always treat me well. They always look out for the property owner's best interest, and make suggestions or provide guidance as needed. The work has always been high quality, the communication great, and the price fair. I had a plumbing emergency on my hands at a rental property (the sewage line upstairs spewing out waste water into the bathroom below). Total mess.
Beggars can't be choosers and, without a 'go-to' plumber to call, I took the first fish that bit. That plumber worked all day and couldn't fix anything. He wanted to rip up all of my walls and do more work than necessary because he could not, or perhaps purposefully would not, see a way to fix the issue less invasively (would have cost $5K+). Me, being lazy and trusting this person, agreed to the 'big fix' and scheduled it out a few days. Only through luck did I call Homepro, to get some assistance repairing the rotted out wood under the toilet, before the aforementioned work was set to occur. What I got was much more valuable than mere carpentry help; I got an honest second opinion from a good person. Mark came out the same day I called to meet me and discuss. This guy, with barely any notice, scheduled a better, less invasive fix for me and got it done on an emergency basis. I ended up saving money even after paying the first guy for his wasted day. And they (Homepro) did it one day sooner than the other would have. You can bet your grandma's fine china, that when the next plumbing fiasco occurs, I DO have a go-to person to call now. Call these people if you want your home headaches to go away.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Home Pro of Pioneer Valley on two major home projects, and they have consistently gone above and beyond my expectations.
