Don’t waste your money here! My last regularly scheduled service I noticed that the specialist was returning to his truck after a very short time at my property. I went out to speak with him and asked if he had given attention to the nutsedge that was spreading around my backyard to which he replied that he didn’t treat the backyard! I asked why and responded that it doesn’t say that on my account. Imagine my dismay at being told this when the service that I signed up for included my entire property. He then said that he didn’t have enough product to treat it then so someone would have to come another day. I immediately called customer service and they scheduled another service specifically for the backyard, to take place two days later. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I’m wondering why my back lawn is sprouting new weeds left and right, nutsedge has spread like crazy... I find the service notes from the follow up service and they didn’t even treat the back lawn! I’ve made multiple calls to customer service this week, have yet to receive a call from a manager, and the service scheduled for today (to apply the treatment that should have been applied those previous visits) can’t be completed. The specialist was apologetic, but that does not make up for the poor management and planning at this branch of TruGreen. The customer isn’t happy because you didn’t apply the treatment that was paid for and you schedule service for a large yard at the end of the day, when it’s likely that there won’t be enough product left on the truck. I’m disgusted with the company and will be taking my business elsewhere.
We had a great Mosquito Defense service from specialist (155116)Antonio. May God Bless him! He was professional, detailed and patient. Completed his work with love.
Had second application for pest control specifically ticks and mosquitoes.Antonio alerted me in person of his arrival and asked if there were any areas in particular he should target. He again returned with his summary and to ask if I had questions. Very satisfied with service
So a rep came to my home in the summer, we negotiated 7 treatments for my lawn. on the 3rd treatment i came home to meet the service tech because i kept asking to be called so i could see them do the work (never got any calls) i arrive to a tech in his truck who had already allegedly performed the service. the ticket on my door said he arrived and serviced my property and printed a service ticket all in 7 minutes and i just happened to pull up as he was about to leave. i questioned how he pulled a hose from his truck, serviced my property on 2 sides of my house and returned all his equipment printed a ticket placed it in a bag hung it at my door in a record 7 minutes from the moment i pulled up. i gave him the benefit of the doubt and he left. i came inside and was greeted by my wife who said "why did he leave?" long story short, he never got out of his truck and we were never serviced. my wife watched him come out of his truck hang the ticket on the door return to his truck and never service our home. NOW PREPARE YOURSELF FOR THIS. I spoke to a manager, they told me they would credit me for the services of that day and next months services. they apologized over and over again for the incident and all I wanted in return was for them to take care of my lawn. two months later I was being invoiced/billed for the services they said they would credit me. after communicating with them for over 3 1/2 months while still receiving invoices for those services they told me that it was taken care of. By an operator by a customer service manager and by a general manager. I was reassured over and over again that this would be resolved. now they've sent us to a collection agency in an attempt to further collect on money they were supposed to credit. in fact they did credit us for those three services yet their billing department was still trying to collect from us. over and over again on the phone they assured us not to worry. Yet they sent us to collections! what this will do to my credit score is unknown to us, we are beyond disappointed we would never recommend Trugreen ever ever again!
I loved David today he walked around the lawn with me I've expressed my concerns etc and he did a great job! 💝
