Great Business, Dave (owner) and the boys do very nice work. They did a major AC replacement job for me including the following:

Replace outside main AC Unit, replace inside furnace coil, all piping/connections to both, new central Humidifier, and also a great new Fujitsu "Split" AC/heat pump unit for a large area that never had good AC (because it did not have enough vents for the addition & skylights that had been added at a later point). Dave gave a detailed price estimate and stuck to it while also doing a few extras for no additional charge. When we did have a minor problem (bad part, not their fault), they were back in hours, not days. You could tell that Dave and his men take pride in their work and that it bothered them when there was a problem and they wanted to be sure it was totally fixed ASAP. When things go perfectly, is one thing to get "good service" from a business but when you hit a problem, that is where you find out how good a business they really are.

Called Fontaine because of a Hot Water Heater issue. They were at my home within an hour and was told i needed a new heater and that they would pick me up a new heater and install the next morning. They called me back the next morning and told me they'd be there within the hour to install. They arrived promptly and installed water heater in little over an hour. Nigel and crew were friendly, reliable and most of all very professional. Highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

Needed an A/C inspection and repair last minute , they were able to schedule it within a few hours , Don the service tech was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the issue right way, highly recommend them.

Came and checked out my neutralizer pump. Was a relative easy fix. Nice guy too. Highly recommend.

Fast, friendly and thorough with their explanations when they replaced our old boiler. They took the old one away, no mess, and there's clear instructions and manuals for everything. They showed me where the shutoff is, they put in a new carbon monoxide detector, new thermostat, and left the manual right by the boiler for if we chose to have any other company come back for maintenance or service.

The whole install took about 2 to 3 hours. The lady who does the phone was also friendly and able to answer any questions I had to make the arrangements for the replacement.

The worst place I have one week without heat and I have little kids and they don’t care very rude, bad services, bad personal, very hateful staff, talking to a bad one, hanging up the phone are the worst
