My furnace broke down and I spent 480 dollars on other furnace companies that rip me off and then theses people came over and fixed my furnace the right way and it's been running and keeping my house warm and comfortable I give kaeble oil company a ten is best in my book thank you

They are punctual and always show up the following day or inform me when they can. They have even delivered to me same day if I was running low without charging me extra.

Terrible customer service and poor attitude. They act as if they are the only people who can sell oil. I WILL NEVER DO BUSIENSS WITH THEM their attitude and horrible customer service they do scare tactic up sales and have a major attitude. In response to your damage control response. THE FACT YOU HAVE TO STATE YOU HAD TO CONTACT ME BACK cause your incompetent employee wasn't able to accurately document my payment information says a lot about how you operate. The other major attitude you had was scheduling a simple time frame. CHETS OIL PEOPLE THEY ARE FAST CURTIOUS AND don't have an attitude and they delivered much faster. I DON'T KNOW WHO PROVIDED THE 5 STAR REVIEWS BUT MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WAS FAR FROM IT.

What i like is honesty! And this place is 100% honest. If you have a kinetics energy system 2000 than this is THE place to call. Great customer service and great techs. My new lifelong boiler service company.

We've been a customer for almost a year. We are first time homeowners which can be hard to navigate when looking for companies to work with. We specifically chose this company (after speaking with a few) because they were the NICEST. Great customer service. Very informative. PLUS they offer oil services and maintenance services all in one. 10/10 would recommend.

My house was cold, I called, two professional technicians were dispatched; now my house is warm, problem fixed.

Pretty much the results you want also I assume.

However, I didn't find Mark as anywhere as exciting as the last reviewer did.

I'm kind of a new homeowner; I've been in my house for nearly three years this December. I was having furnace issues, as my furnace was extremely old. They did an excellent job replacing my old furnace. The work is neat and demonstrates a high level of professionalism. I would highly recommend their services.

I don’t think there’s enough room to say how grateful and appreciative I am of this company. Alexa is a blessing to work with, she knows her stuff inside and out and knows how to get things done. I’ve been with several oil companies over the years of being a homeowner, and not once did I ever receive any assistance the way I did with my first phone call with Kaeble Oil. I notified them that I had water leaking from my boiler by the gallon. Mark was sent out within 24hrs to the house (who is also a pleasure to work with). He thought the problem was solved as he fixed a few things (it wasn’t leaking when he left). I went downstairs maybe five minutes after he left and water had started leaking again. I notified Alexa and she had Mark turn around and come back to my house immediately, even though he had another job to go to. He determined that the boiler is cracked somewhere and I need a replacement.

Now, my husband is away on military leave for 6 months and I am home with several young children in the house, so being without heat and hot water was NOT an option. I was stressed out and Kaeble Oil understood that! This company worked hard and made the proper phone calls to be able to get my heating system replaced. When I tell you, I have never felt so supported or looked after by any company I’ve worked with, I mean it. Within two weeks of making my very first phone call, being a brand new customer, I will have a brand new heating system thanks to them.

They have a loyal customer for life and I will recommend them to EVERYONE I know or talk to!

I would like to commend Kaeble Oil, Inc. for excellent and timely service! The technicians Steve, Mark and Mike were true professionals, both well mannered and experts in their field of work.
Said technicians came to my address upon specific time agreed and immediately gone about removing my old unit and replacing it with an energy efficient one, installing also a new carbon monoxide alarm alongside the new unit. They have gone in great detail explaining essential information not only on how the new unit works but also about warranties as well as future servicing of the German made Buderus unit. Lastly they did a thorough inspection of the work done prior to leaving and I couldn’t be happier with the level of expertise and professionalism displayed.
I highly recommend Kaeble Oil, Inc. and their miracle workers Steve, Mark and Mike for I am not freezing any more! Thank you for your service!

My dad was a customer for many years and when he passed away the folks at Kaeble have continued taking care of our oil needs at his house for over six years.. I live out of state so they would take care to make sure that we had enough oil, especially if there was weather coming. It’s hard to put into words how appreciative I have been for their care over these past many years. Highly recommend.

This company is beyond amazing! After a horrible experience with a bigger named company (due to me being desperate for heat) Kaeble got me in within the hour and were able to diagnose and repair my system. The technicians and office staff were beyond kind and helpful. A few hundred dollars for a repair is so much better than the $14,000 the other company quoted me to replace my boiler. Shop/use small, they care about their customers! Thank you again for coming in clutch!

My furnace broke in dead winter while I was 9 months pregnant in below zero temps, he came right out and installed a new furnace the same day! He did not jack up the price or give me the run around. Great guy!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. It is January 22, 2019, 20 degrees out and I suddenly found my furnace was not working. I called Nyzio, and even though I was not an existing customer they immediately sent two wonderful techs out to my house. Within 40 minutes of my call, my furnace was working again. They not only repaired my furnace but did so for a very reasonable price. They now have a customer for life. I highly recommend Nyzio.

Peter and his team were phenomenal! I called him because we recently purchased a home and needed a new gas boiler and hot water heater. They installed the hot water heater in a half a day. The installer the gas boiler in a day a week later because I requested they wait a week. Super friendly, extremely professional and the best thing he didn't try to fleece me like the other two companies I got estimates from. Our heat has never worked so well.

Needed Oil Boiler Replacement and found Nyzio Heating on the Better Business Bureau website. Communicated need, and received a reply fairly quick. Same day came out to evaluate job, next day had the oil boiler replacement installed. Great fast service, cost of equipment and service was a lot less than many others estimate. Highly recommended!
