In my opinion and experience by going to Larry’s I just don’t go to purchase plumbing parts. When I have gone not only do I always get what I’m looking for but I also gain knowledge by listening to his expertise in the field of Plumbing…

I ordered a part from this place for my faucet that was leaking. He said he had to order it and it would be in in two weeks. After two weeks I went to look the part and he still had not gotten it. I called and he said it would be in. I went by and the truck came in but he said he would look for it and call me. Never got a call had to replace faucet myself. The place has lots of supplies and things you can’t get other places but with this experience I just had there I will not ever use this place again!

Please, do yourself a favor before you start ANY heating or plumbing project, stop by and talk to Richard ASAP. I wish I did, one call down to him while I was scratching my head in my tenants bathroom and a quick trip to his store and the problem was resolved. Had I called beforehand I would have saved myself 75% of the work I didn’t even need to do. Larry was kind, informative, and most of all extremely helpful. I won’t even bother with you know who next time, I’ll be back to Larry’s for sure! Thanks Richard!!

After two big box stores and three Plumbing Supply places. I walk into this place and I showed him the my faucet stem. He replied “oh this is from big box store” a pulled out my replacement stems in less than 30 seconds. I recommend highly. I don’t know anyone with this sort of knowledge and expertise.

I went to Larry’s Heating, Hardware & Plumbing Supply as a last resort after visiting three other plumbing stores. Here’s a little backstory: I had taken the drain out of my tub, thinking it would be a simple fix. Turns out, it’s an old tub that needed a pretty specific piece(at least some kind of adapter) and I couldn’t find it anywhere.

While I didn’t end up finding the exact part, I want to give a huge shoutout to Richard at Larry’s. He went above and beyond, he gave me advice, helped clean the old piece, and even let me borrow his tool so I could get everything back in place. I was seriously so grateful.

For context, at the first plumbing store I visited, the guy just threw my stuff on the counter and told me to call a plumber. I get it I’m a woman walking into a plumbing shop…but Larry’s made me feel capable and encouraged me to be a problem-solver.

I don’t know what else to say except thank you. Please support local businesses like this one. They make a real difference. 🙏

It should be called "Richards" and he's the man. You're not going to walk into a big box store and get the knowledge and service experience he is fortunate enough to possess, ever! Small business keeping his nose above the water, could have sold this homeowner a whole new Simmons shower valve ($$$), but spotted a loose part, said there's your problem, fixed it and off I went, no charge! That's what business is all about, love it there. I would highly recommend stopping in before even considering the others, huge inventory from soup to nuts for any of your homeowner needs, don't let the storefront front mislead you, may be narrow, but it keeps on going once inside.

Springfield Plumbing is my go-to place for quality plumbing supplies. The staff is very knowledgeable and the sell only the highest quality products, unlike the Big Box stores.

I am a property investor in the Springfield area. I had two of my employee go to Springfield Plumbing Supply to pick up a reserve hot water storage tank. The gentleman "Tom" told my workers that he didn't understand them. He told them that they are in America and to learn how to speak English. Both of my employees do speak English. They are hardworking individuals that pay taxes and contribute to our economy. I cannot allow my employees to be disrespected in such a way. I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. United Plumbing is where my account ended up.

Springfield Plumbing Supply Co inc the Nicest People i ever met they’re very helpful me and my girlfriend went there I was clueless they explain everything they took so much time with us I feel so happy I wish the the best more people should buy plumbing from them thank you so much for what you did for us .

The horrible attitude of the 2 women in the show room was just awful. They offered no help and when we approached them for sink options they shoved a catalog in front of us to search ourselves. You would think as a small business they would appreciate all customers but I guess not. I’ll take my business back to Home Depot. The owners should be ashamed to have such horrible employees trying to sell their items.

After not being able to find what I needed in a replacement part for a kitchen faucet at my local hardware store, it was recommended that I go to Springfield plumbing supply. I walked in and told the gentleman at the counter what I was looking for. He suggested that I speak to the lady in the show room. I was willing to buy a completely new faucet just to get a pause button on the faucet for my kitchen sink. I was told that the lady that runs the show room was running five minutes late. I didn’t mind waiting because he gave me a chance to look around. Five minutes later I was told that she was still running late. I still was OK waiting. 15 minutes later she shows up and apparently her Allergy Shots didn’t go so well because she had an air about her like she couldn’t be bothered to be there. She asked me if I knew what I wanted. I explain to her what I was looking for first and before I can tell her that I was willing to buy a new faucet, she cut me off and told me that I would need to contact the manufacture of the faucet that I already had in order to get a replacement part. I let her finish and then I told her that’s the reason why I’m here. I’m willing to buy a completely new faucet just to get the pause button that I desire. They only had one faucet in stock that matched the design that I had at home. She said to me that she was going to get me a price and asked me what color I wanted. I told her black because that was the color of the faucet that I had at home. She gave me three different options, none of them black, and asked me which one I wanted. She never showed me samples so that I could understand exactly what those three options looked like. I guess I was just supposed to know out of the air what everything was supposed to look like. I don’t know the difference between brushed nickel bronze chrome whatever. I just know that the one in my kitchen is black because it matches my Decour. When she told me she didn’t have Black I was expecting her to show me the other samples so I could decide whether or not they would match the rest of my kitchen. When she didn’t I decided that it wasn’t going to work for me this faucet. She then said well, you’re gonna have to look for something else. And proceeded to ignore me. Instead of trying to show me other options that might work. I decided since she didn’t want to be helpful or was just going to leave me to fend for myself it wasn’t worth me sticking around and I left. I do not recommend people going there early in the morning especially if this is the type of reception you’re going to receive. Maybe after the sales lady has her coffee or calms down after her allergy shots she’d be in a better mood. But if you only have one person running the sales department and this is it I definitely would never recommend anybody to go here.

The staff were helpful with my questions and need for a replacement shower door.
