I recently had an emergency with my Heating system. I called Monroe Heating and Plumbing. The wonderful ladies I spoke to assured me they would come help me out. I'm severely disabled veteran oxygen dependent and I need heat and hot water. Glad I called Monroe Heating and Plumbing. They were right on time. I highly recommend this company! Thank you again

They did a fantastic job with my new furnace install. Super fast to respond and came on a Saturday to do the job. They showed up at 7:30 am on time and were completed by 1pm That included the removal of the old furnace. They were neat & professional. They actually left the basement and patio area cleaner than when they arrived. They were informative and took time to answer all our questions. Their pricing was very reasonable, I would highly recommend them & definitely higher them again!

JT was at my house this morning, what an impressive young man. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very professional.This was the second time that he has done work for me . The first was to replace my water heater and kitchen faucet. This visit was for yearly maintenance, I am extremely pleased with the cost for both visits. Looking forward to a long term relationship.

Great experience with Monroe Home Solutions; did an A/C maintenance in advance of the summer. Tech was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Wonderful experience and a fair price, would definitely recommend!

This was the first time I used their services. They did a great job. They had a Time allotment. They came in time. They figured out the problem, bought the part and repaired the issue. Prices are fair and I would recommend and would use again. My hot water is working again.

I used Monroe Home Solutions two years back for replacing my main water valve - Patrick did a phenomenal job! I called them again to replace my Symmons shower valve - Patrick again! He gave me the details of various options, pros and cons, explained everything in detail for me to make the right decision. He was on time for job, got it done efficiently. Amazing service! We had a cast iron pipe that had cracked a few feet from the upstairs bathroom down into the basement and had it replaced in a few hours with a pvc pipe. Very satisfied with the quick and professional work that was done.

After the recent heavy rains we decided it may be good to have our sump cleaned and restored. Monroe Home Solutions sent two men to examine our sump, house is over 60 years old. Plumber came examined and saw no issues that needed fixed. Checked the pump, the hole, excellent exam, and then charged us nothing. Unusual in today's world to find honest friendly compassionate people. I will call Monroe without any hesitation for future plumbing needs. Thanks JP. Robert & Karen

Replaced a tired toilet with a new Kohler. Also repaired another toilet with new parts. Excellent job, as usual. Monroe replaced my central air conditioning two years ago, excellent job then also. I found a great company I'll stick with.

We had Monroe on a previous occasion and we're very satisfied so we called them again. Very responsive. We didn't have an emergency but they were here within the hour and took care of our principal problem and a couple other details while they were here. Hopefully we'll never need plumbing help again but if we do they will be the first we call.

I called Monroe Home Services at 9:00am this morning to get estimates for toilet flange replacement I broke below floor surface. Monroe came at approximately 10:00am quoted and replaced flange before noon. Monroe techs were professional and courteous, I will definitely use them in the future.

I found Monroe Solutions online. I am usually very hesitant when it comes to plumbing companies, not this one, they were very quick and professional, the price was very fair, didn’t cost an arm and a leg. The employees were very nice and Patrick the owner was great, no beating around the bush or trying to upsell me, just wanted my problem fixed. I will definitely be using them again if needed. Very nice to see a reasonable company.

Great company! I've used their services twice: once for AC repair and once for plumbing. It was easy to make an appointment, I received a text confirming ETA and the technicians arrived on time. Very rare in today's economy to find good contractors who take pride in their work with great customer service. The diagnostic and repair service was quick and reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend.

I had such a great experience from the beginning; they had excellent customer service and were quick to come diagnose my air conditioning issue. I am impressed with their thoroughness, expertise, and ability to answer all of my questions and do so in a timely manner. They really go above and beyond with their professionalism and knowledge, and I highly recommend them!

10/10 would recommend! Mike was very professional and very respectful of our property. Mike came out within 2 hours of our emergency call, he assessed our problem and promptly replaced our pump. Mike was polite and professional when delivering our options to resolve our issue. Will use Monroe Home Solutions in the future!
