Very professional he did a great job with a decent price

Keith was absolutely fantastic! Answered all my questions, got my new water heater installed quite quickly and cleaned up to the point that pretty much all I have to do is wash the towels I used to soak up sooooo much water ! Thank you Monroe for your quick response. I highly recommend these folks!!!

I had another REALLY great experience with Mike C . a few weeks ago. He replaced 2 faucets for me. Mike was quite efficient and kept me informed the entire time. Another 5 star interaction with Monroe and I will never use anyone else for any plumbing and HVAC issues. These folks are simple the best!! Thank you so much!

I had a plumbing emergency Easter Day 4/20/25. While changing my water filter, the main water valve handle broke off and water was streaming. Called Monroe Home Solutions and was immediately called back while leaving a message. Told me they would not be able to come on Easter Sunday, but they would juggle the schedule and come first thing on Monday Morning. Instructed me to shut the breaker off for my well pump and within a few minutes the water stopped and the emergency was under control. Monday they arrived as promised and within 60 minutes had replaced the valve and provided pricing for another future project. I will have them back soon for additional work.

Quick call back less than 30 minutes of calling at 7 am. Young men showed up within the 2 hour window I was given. Diagnosed and came back within an hour with a replacement water heater and completed within 3 hours. Cleaned and professional and even moved my dehumidifier into the room to dry out the floor. Excellence.

We had a leak under the sink. Patrick was able to come out and diagnose the problem. He replaced our faucet quickly and cleanly. While he was here, I mentioned that the 2nd floor air conditioner was not working - he took a look, fixed something with the circuit and the air conditioner works now. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I am planning on using them for any and all problems that might crop up in the future.

I can't enough great things about my experience with Monroe! They were responsive and had immediate availability for my issue with my central AC unit. They explained everything with ease and also ensured I understood the concern. They were efficient and cost effective. 10/10!

I have had Monroe come out twice. Last year, they came out to give me a quote on installation of a whole house humidifier. They discussed all of the options with me and gave me a quote on the spot. The second time was yesterday for routine maintenance of my heating and AC systems. it was a rainy day and they put down tarps to protect my floors without my asking. So thoughtful! Upon inspecting my heating system, they caught and fixed something that another company previously had missed completely. Dan showed me the corroded parts so that I could be sure that this was a necessary part replacement. No doubt in my mind that it was. Based on both visits, they were professional, wonderful to deal with, and did a great job. I was happy with the price, as well. Definitely recommend.

Been trying to find a good and affordable company for YEARS. I’m now 40 and just not finding out about Monroe home solutions. I PROMISE YOU you guys won’t regret going to them for all services ! Reliable respectful and always affordable. Wouldn’t go to anyone else in New England honestly

Dan was polite and courteous (even took off his shoes after walking through our flooded basement before walking on my white carpet.. on his own accord I didn’t even ask him to do this!). Last time I used a plumber was when I had installed a basement laundry sink and pump in 2011. The laundry sink pump started to fail beginning of Jan 2023. I purchased a similar pump replacement and decided it would be best to have a plumber install the new one… the plumber I used long time ago was no longer in business ( or perhaps retired), good thing I found Monroe home solution just a mile from my home via google search. Spoke to a rep and they were able to come out quickly to installed, turned out more involved, pipes had to be replaced and inlet and venting had to change due to new pump layout…and was done nicely in 2.5hrs, plumber Brendan did a nice professional job, and kept the area clean. Overall great job!

Our heater shut down during this winter storm and Dan was amazing to work with. He was so timely with everything and really showed that he cared about getting our heater working again. We are very thankful.

Dan is very reliable and replaced my water heater the next day.
He’s very fair priced and is returning to install a kitchen faucet. He tried to repair things before he replaces them.
Definitely my plumber from now on.

The plumber, Dan Hamlin, did a great job for us! The shower in this 140 year old house (above an old tub on feet!) had several problems including needing an entire faucet replacement. Dan had to fit the new assembly onto new copper pipes replacing the old corroded brass pipes! The shower now works great!! Dan and his helper were courteous, smart, prepared with drop clothes, and left areas clean! I recommend him and Monroe Home solutions without reservations! I will hire them again for work needed in another bathroom!!
