My wife and I recently decided to upgrade/renovate our home kitchen. We started with Leo's for our quartz and because the counters involved sinks, we needed a plumber. Leo set us up with Brandon of BGC Plumbing. He communicated with us prior to doing the job and was totally ready to get to work. He was prompt, professional and personable. We were extremely happy with the results and with the man! We would highly recommend BGC for your plumbing needs.

Brandon was very professional every step of the way. I also made some impromptu requests that he was able to take care of with little to no effort. Highly recommend as he has quality work and was very easy to communicate with. Will definitely higher again if I need plumbing in the future

Brandon installed a whole-house water filtration system and an under-sink ultra-filtration unit for us. I was very impressed with his workmanship, the installation was systematic and well done. When we encountered an O-ring issue, he was prompt in returning the next day to replace it. Overall, I received great service and would definitely recommend him.

McNulty and Bedard plumbing and heating is a great local company for residential plumbing. I recommend them for water heater replacements or HVAC jobs large and small. Highly recommend

About two years ago, we had been referred to Bedard & McNulty by another local HVAC company as we needed someone who could work on a propane boiler. When the appointment for the service was made, I also said that we had several small plumbing jobs in our home we would like quoted when they were there for the boiler tune up. The appointment for the boiler tune up was timely and went great. It took over a month and a follow up phone call on getting the quote for the additional plumbing work needed after being told we would get the quote within a couple days. After we agreed to the work an appointment was set up. We were told it would take a day. They arrived early in the AM and worked until after 8PM. Around 6PM they said they could come back the next day or stay to get it done. I just wanted the work done. By 8PM, they realized they still would not be able to get everything done and still had to return. I knew all the work was not going to get done in one day.

Recently, we had a small pinhole leak in one of our water pipes. My husband had scheduled an appointment for someone to come by in the morning to take a look and give a quote. 45 minutes after the time they said they would arrive, my husband called and was given the "an emergency call came up" and they would come by that day in the evening. They arrived that evening, looked at the pipe, gave a quote and waived the service fee for the hassle of the no call no show that morning. My husband had scheduled for Bedard & McNulty to come today, he was told they would arrive at noon. He received a call letting him know they were running a little late and would be there by 1:30. A little after 3pm, my husband called as they were still a no call no show. He relieved a call back full of apologies and that they had a job that turned out to be bigger. My husband said to just forget it. He took the day off of work for this job to be done.

At this point, we are going elsewhere. For 50 years experience, it's very clear that this company doesn't know how to estimate the time needed for jobs and can't even communicate with their clients.

I recently had an emergency with my Heating system. I called Monroe Heating and Plumbing. The wonderful ladies I spoke to assured me they would come help me out. I'm severely disabled veteran oxygen dependent and I need heat and hot water. Glad I called Monroe Heating and Plumbing. They were right on time. I highly recommend this company! Thank you again

They did a fantastic job with my new furnace install. Super fast to respond and came on a Saturday to do the job. They showed up at 7:30 am on time and were completed by 1pm That included the removal of the old furnace. They were neat & professional. They actually left the basement and patio area cleaner than when they arrived. They were informative and took time to answer all our questions. Their pricing was very reasonable, I would highly recommend them & definitely higher them again!

JT was at my house this morning, what an impressive young man. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very professional.This was the second time that he has done work for me . The first was to replace my water heater and kitchen faucet. This visit was for yearly maintenance, I am extremely pleased with the cost for both visits. Looking forward to a long term relationship.

Called at 11:15am on Sunday for emergency toilet leak. Was told no problem a technician would be in touch shortly. Called again at 1:45pm and was told they would get in touch technician and have him call with eta. This now 6:45pm on Wednesday and still waiting for eta. Would not recommend them for any work never mind for emergency service. Should not advertise open 24 hours if you are going to ignore people. Glad I called someone else I would be awfully tired of going to the gas station down the street to use the bathroom for 4 days. Emergency service my a..!! I apologize if this wasn’t your company but this was the name I had written down and I thought that was the number I called. If it wasn’t you again I apologize

Great experience with Monroe Home Solutions; did an A/C maintenance in advance of the summer. Tech was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Wonderful experience and a fair price, would definitely recommend!

This was the first time I used their services. They did a great job. They had a Time allotment. They came in time. They figured out the problem, bought the part and repaired the issue. Prices are fair and I would recommend and would use again. My hot water is working again.

I used Monroe Home Solutions two years back for replacing my main water valve - Patrick did a phenomenal job! I called them again to replace my Symmons shower valve - Patrick again! He gave me the details of various options, pros and cons, explained everything in detail for me to make the right decision. He was on time for job, got it done efficiently. Amazing service! We had a cast iron pipe that had cracked a few feet from the upstairs bathroom down into the basement and had it replaced in a few hours with a pvc pipe. Very satisfied with the quick and professional work that was done.

After the recent heavy rains we decided it may be good to have our sump cleaned and restored. Monroe Home Solutions sent two men to examine our sump, house is over 60 years old. Plumber came examined and saw no issues that needed fixed. Checked the pump, the hole, excellent exam, and then charged us nothing. Unusual in today's world to find honest friendly compassionate people. I will call Monroe without any hesitation for future plumbing needs. Thanks JP. Robert & Karen
