I called Mauro for a recessed lighting project and to install a new outlet over my fireplace mantle. Mauro and his team provided high quality work with fast turnaround and effective communication at every step. As a new homeowner, its relieving to have a reliable a d trustworthy electrician in Mauro.

My wife and I are first-time home buyers and need a decent amount of electrical work done. I called Mauro with a question about replacing a faulty wire that ran from our house to a detached garage.

Mauro came out the very next day to scope out the job, got me a reasonable quote the next morning and was able to return within four days to do all the work.

It was impressive watching him and his team work. In about six hours they were able to remove the cable that was originally there, attach conduit piping up the side of our house, run the new cable and connect everything. Mauro was incredibly kind and communicative throughout the whole process.

While he was on site I showed him a few other smaller jobs I wanted done -- rewiring a light switch, replacing an outlet, etc. He quoted me a price on the spot and we connected via email later to schedule a time for him to return.

Overall, Mauro and his team did a great job and I'll definitely be calling on him for future electrical work! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable electrician.

I can't speak highly enough of Mauro and the team at Cognati Electric. After being let down by another electrician, I reached out to them for a fairly large job. Mauro was quick to accommodate me and got everything scheduled right away. What really stood out was the excellent communication and how friendly and professional Mauro and his crew were throughout the process. I won’t be using anyone else for electrical work!

I called Mauro and his team to come by and replace thermostats in my house. Response was initially prompt. Within a few days, one of the replaced thermostats began malfunctioning-it has continued to do so throughout the winter. I tried contacting Mauro back multiple times (call and text) to see if he or someone on his team could come down to see what was going on. It’s now been 4 months without a return visit. My last few outreach efforts have gone completely ignored.

I genuinely liked Mauro and his crew and I believe they are competent electricians, local too. Following up with customers and backing up your work should be paramount for any business, large or small. I now have a thermostat that doesn’t work properly and have no other choice but to find another electrician to examine and fix the work.

Mauro and his crew are excellent to work with. Mauro is very knowledgeable and creative . He always solves any problem in a way that benefits me. Most electricians are slobs , Mauro's guys are great about cleaning up when they're done. I would recommend him for any electrical project.

I can’t express how great they are! I was having issues with my breaker and freaking out! They came out quickly, fixed it, and put my mind at ease! 10/10! Will be calling again next time I have an electrical issue
