We had a great experience with Vince. Our fridge stopped cooling and he came out that day to look it at. Not only was he very personable, he quickly diagnosed the problem and was back in 2 days once the part came in. During the installation the drawer in our freezer broke, when I called Vince back to let him know he proactively ordered the part and replaced it the next week and only charged us for the part. I highly recommend them for appliance repair

Can’t recommend them enough. Our fridge was leaking water, and our local appliance store suggested we call Vince. He was here within the hour, diagnosed and fixed the problem within another 30 minutes, and was friendly and courteous the whole time.

Vince showed up to fix the Fridge, $400 later it worked fine.. for a day. I called Vince to let him know, he came back out, said the fridge was dead, took out the part he had installed and said he'd send a refund. Then he stopped answering my calls and texts.

Odd, because he seemed like a decent guy, but when you take a part back and promise a refund that never comes, that's just straight out theft. Call the guy if you want, but don't be surprised if he charges you for parts and then takes them back home with him.

Don’t ever use this service company driver almost crashed into me and then proceeded to speed past me while flipping me off and telling me to pull over to fight him!!! This company should be appalled with that kind of behavior Ended up having to reach out to the police Driver ended up speeding away in ditching in between traffic again absurd behavior. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody.

At 10:05 getting off I-93 in Somerville, I was in stop and go traffic, completely minding my own business and driving like a normal human being when I was threatened with murder and physical violence by a man driving an ASAP Appliances van. He was leaning out of the van toward my vehicle yelling threats including murder toward me while screaming other obscenities and making gestures.

I wouldn’t want to be anywhere near this man, much less have him in my home working on my appliances. Avoid!!!!

Vince was great and knew what he was doing. He came highly recommended by a locally owned appliance store. The price was reasonable and he did a great job and had some really good suggestions that helped us out.

We had a great experience recently with Steve from Scotti Electric. Steve came to our home for some routine issues (new plug, smoke detector installation, etc.), but thanks to the heavy rain/wind storm that day, he had to pivot into a larger (exterior) issue. He was so professional and courteous, and went above and beyond. Thank you, Steve & Scotti Electric! Highly recommend.

I found them to be efficient and very good about communicating when they would arrive. Had a problem with the microwave installation but they took care of the problem very quickly and we were good to go. Highly recommend.

Repair of light fixtures and installation of another. Good natured and informative. Later sent an estimate for next job of strip lights under counter and under exposed beam.

Microwave install. Removed and took away old microwave. Very professional. Highly recommend.
