John V. & Zach W. Were outstanding! They installed a pressure regulating valve and expansion tank. They took the time to explain all their work. They wore booties to keep my wife happy.

After the recent snow storm our 27 year old gas furnace stopped working. Cranney Home Services came the next day and replaced it. From the time I first called for service until the project was completed Cranney provided outstanding service. Dave, the Project Manager clearly explained our options. The crew which included Derek, Jared, Brian and Rasheed were all very professional, kind, polite and respectful of our home. Considering how freezing cold it’s been, my husband and I were especially impressed that Cranney was able to help us out so quickly. Dave himself brought us space heaters which made a huge difference so that we could have some warmth before installation of the new furnace. He also called us afterwards to check that everything was ok.
We have also had other repairs with Cranney and in those cases the service was equally outstanding.

Replaced my 13+ year old furnace. Jimmy O'Toole and his partner Eric were professional helpful and fast. Left the premises looking 100% better than they found it. Explained the system to me and answered any questions I had. Most importantly they arrived exactly on time and completed the work in less than 6 hours with very little disturbance to my day. Would not hesitate to contact Cranney for any future problems I have.

Dylan came to to get my heat pump working after the blizzard. I couldn't ask for a better technician. He set my system up so that it will work efficiently in winter and better yet taught me how to deal with it in the winter. He is so knowledgeable and professional. He clearly knew what he was doing and was able to teach me about the workings of a heat pump in New England winters. Cranney is fortunate to have such a wonderful service provider.

I started with Nick and Kyle checking the plumbing in my condo. They were polite, professional, and thorough. They explained and showed me everything they found and gave me options to fit my budget. I ended up creating my own list of what I needed and could afford. They helped me through the process of getting a short term interest free loan to fit me. Cranney has been great for all of our home repair needs, and we have had lots of folks out in the past few weeks!

Project managers Alex C. and Santiago R. were wonderful and thorough in letting us know what needed to be updated and repaired and what looked good. They set the stage for all the subsequent work that would need to be done to the guts of our house.

Electrical team Orlando, Alana & Kendall were excellent, professional, clean, kind, and very thorough, and they spent the better part of the day replacing the service line from the street and installing a new electrical meter for us. As with all Cranney folks, they took the time to explain every inch of the job, what they had done, and provided thorough documentation afterward of the work. They were a lovely presence to have around, too!

Plumbing team Kyle B., Dan K. & Andrew were also lovely, patient, and honest about what plumbing improvements should happen to our home. They were detail-oriented, helpful, and professional and we are grateful to have had them come by!

Every member of this company that we have had at our home to do electrical and plumbing (large jobs) have been top notch! Always on time, extremely polite, unbelievably knowledgeable about the work that they are doing and so respectful to us, each other and our home. Jonathan Vanbuskirk was a little late, but understandable given the major snowstorm we had a week ago. He was polite, knowledgeable, quick, and clean. I appreciated that he donned shoe covers. The work he did looks outstanding, far better than what was there before. He carefully explained what he'd done, and made suggestions that could improve our water quality. I would definitely recommend him and call him back for any future work in our home.

Santiago fixed my drain very quickly and efficiently and was very thorough in testing it with follow up to make sure it worked properly. I hadn’t been able to use my drain for two days because of a back up. Thanks to his work it now works great. Great job!

Also they will follow up with any service that they provide if there are future problems, So there is a piece of mind that comes with the service you are paying for. I think that is the best value you get.

This time around, I got follow up from an electrical inspection, where a few issues that I have noticed, I used the opportunity during the inspection to have them looked at and repaired. Multiple nagging issues taken care of in one sweep - and very quickly over the period of one week. Technician Zach Gibbons handled both the inspection and troubleshooting, and the repairs between two appointments a week apart, and scheduling was extremely flexible, great options for busy individuals trying to keep up their household with peace of mind.
