Marco and Ryan came to my house today to perform an annual plumbing inspection. They were very professional, thorough, and amiable. There were a few issues they noted and were able to schedule a project manager to follow up with the areas of concern. They even left some treats for my two dogs. I appreciated having them today for the inspection and would recommend Cranney for plumbing services moving forward.

Marco and Matt were amazing. They arrived early, provided a series of quotes and immediately got to work. They were polite, diligent in getting the job done in a timely and professional manner and clean up when the job was completed. I give them 10 stars and would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

Very pleased with the service performed by Dan and Andrew. They were professional, knowledgeable, respectful of our home and did excellent work. Also, working with Nick on the initial visit was great. He helped me understand options and remained responsive, answering all questions until the service was complete. All three were wonderful to work with!

I write very few reviews, only when there are outstanding or poor. My experience with Cranney was poor. Here is why: 1) I purchased a new gas furnace and water heater. It was very expensive. Both the heating and air conditioning were installed incorrectly and required follow up calls to get these to work. I had even told the installation lead that I read online comments that there were many issues installing due to the drain of the system that they installed. The response I received was "I never heard that". Then, it didn't work, because of the drain. 2) Each time I have needed Cranney to come to the house, they have failed to keep the scheduled date, and rescheduled. They seem to be understaffed for the number of customers they have. 3) I paid a monthly subscription for maintenance, as I have done in the past with other service providers. With the subscription the service call is free, however, they inspect and then provide expensive estimates for the type of work (like a routine cleaning) that were included as a benefit of the service plans I have used in the past.

Had a drain cleaned that was clogged in my kitchen sink. Came same day. I lucked out. Michael was great. Very professional and friendly. Fixed a trip pipe i broke. Very reasonable price. I will use them again.

Alex Capodlupo looked my concern with the house's wiring accessed the problem and shared what needed to be done. Orlando Salmeron and his team replaced my circuit breaker, replaced the wiring all within a days time. The cost was below the estimate. I am very impressed and grateful for the work done.

We had an issue with two old electric baseboard heating units in our basement room that were not functioning and needed to be replaced. From the interaction on the first phone call I made and follow up with the office to the eventual installation of the two new heating units by Zach Gibbons, everything was done in a very professional way. Zach was friendly, knowledgeable, very efficient in the installation and made some nice recommendations for keeping the new units in good shape long term. The workspace was left very clean and the price was reasonable. As members of the Cranney service program we have always been pleased with the technicians we have interacted with, whether it has been for Electrical, Plumbing or Heating/Cooling issues.

Very surprised how quick the tech came after I called with no heat. Tech was very pleasant and explained what was happening with my old furnace. Ordered new furnace and it was installed the next day. The techs that did the install were pleasant and professional . Explained everything about the new furnace , made sure any questions I had were answered. Very satisfied with the new furnace and again with the courtesy of all the technicians. I highly recommend this company.

I called Cranney when I discovered my hot water heater leaking. They dispatched a technician (Patrick) immediately. He was great in assessing my problem and provided me with different options. The next morning Mike and Brandon arrived at the scheduled time and installed a new heater. They went over the process and when done installation educated me on the new system. All were so professional in the work they did. I would recommend Cranney if you are looking for plumbing or electrical assistance.

Marco did an incredibly thorough job for our annual plumbing inspection; extra credit for it being his last job on a Friday, and staying beyond 6:00. Checked every area, took many photos, explained things very clearly. Want to make clear this is one of the 4 annual system checks we have from Cranney as part of our contract.

We had an emergency with a burst pipe and Cranney came out immediately and fixed it for us. They worked fast and the price was extremely reasonable. Wes and Richie did an amazing job and if we ever have another plumbing emergency we will definitely be calling, thank you!

The Cranney Team is wonderful! Especially Daniel and Andrew. We had a emergency water heater issue that turned into getting a completely new one. They were very professional, answered all our questions and within 8.5 hours from the time we called, we had a new heater and hot water. Highly recommend Cranney!!!

I needed a separate 20 amp circuit added to my basement. I contacted Cranney and made an appointment. At the appointed time, Zach Gibbons from Cranney showed up. We discussed the job, he gave me a reasonable quote and then he went right to work. When the job was done, Zach went over it with me and answered all of my questions. During the whole process, he was very polite and made a concerted effort not to get mud on my floor. The entire experience from setting the appointment to job complete was exceptional. Great communication every step of the way with texts and emails letting me know what was happening and when.

Our water heater was replaced quickly and easily with very little disruption besides the surprise failure of the unit itself. Cranney sent Joe and Kyle by quickly late on a Friday to diagnose our water leak and narrow it to the water tank and verify the furnace was OK. Mario and Oliver went the extra mile and installed our replacement that very night, they were quick and clean and not disruptive at all. Your crews are very polite and self-sufficient. With a household of three young children this immediate resolution with little chaos was exactly our best possible outcome. Thank you!

Marco and AJ were excellent. They were professional, completed everything in a timely manner, and explained the plumbing and electrical issues very clearly. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to make sure I understood my options. I definitely recommend them and Cranney Home Services!

On 1/24, with the blizzard looming, our water heater failed. Mario A. came to the house on time, with a call before arriving. He was polite, knowledgeable, and made sure the gas line & water were shut off. He told us about the value plan & gave us your brochure He said said we should meet with a project manager & we made an appointment to do that. Overall a great experience with Mario & your company.

I suspected a minor gas leak in my stove/oven range a few days ago. Since National Grid was already doing some work right outside for other reasons, I asked one of the guys to check it out. Yikes!!! I was right -- and immediately called Cranney. I'm a member and repeat customer, so I wasn't surprised that they were "on it" right away.

Nick LaPusata was the man in charge, and what a reassuring presence he was! He knew what to do, explained everything, gave me options, encouraged questions, and couldn't have been more polite, patient, and respectful. Plus, he loves cats -- which is really important!!!

So...once again, I'm a happy customer, and grateful to Nick for taking care of this rather serious issue so efficiently.
