Reviews of local pros in Dedham, Massachusetts

Eric Medwid did a very good job cleaning my gutters-some of them fairly high off the ground. He uses heavy duty, professional quality equipment to get the job done safely and correctly. It is a pleasure to work with him.

Just had Eric come to the house to remove moss from the roof and power wash the driveway, garage door and stairs. Great job and very easy to work with. Responds fast to inquiries and arrived on time. Highly recommend his services!

I called for an appointment and Eric scheduled me for the next day. He arrived on time and finished the job in about an hour. I had been dreading trying to find someone to clean the gutters but he made it easy & painless. I would definitely call him again!

Eric power washed a good part of my house recently and it looks great! Even my neighbors commented on how good it looks. Eric also completed some much needed carpentry for me and I am quite pleased. Eric is efficient, pays attention to detail, is very thorough, and leaves my property looking better than he found it. Best of all, his prices are EXTREMELY REASONABLE, and his pleasant and kind demeanor an added bonus! Ellen

Eric Medwid was highly recommended on Nextdoor so I hired him to clean the gutters. He was excellent at his communications, care of my property, cleaning the gutters and going above and beyond to do an outstanding job - cleaning up thoroughly. All those great recommendations were validated and I add my endorsement.

I found Eric M a yr ago when my gutters were filled with frozen leaves. He did a great job getting them all set for the winter. It was a very cold day.I called him this week to clean my after winter gutters now that all the polly- noses and tree flowers have come of my many trees. He was fast, efficient and very careful with my old gutters and roof. Left me in good shape. On top of it all he is a nice guy and travels with his assistant, his lovely wife. His price is very good and I have him on speed dial for future needs. Always great to have an honorable contractor. Thanks Eric!

In the past Eric provided gutter cleaning services - it was great to work with a local resident that provided high quality work at a fair price. Just this week, Eric power washed parts of my house and chimneys that needed attention. The results were great, no more mildew on the shady parts of the exterior. Eric only quoted the work that was necessary, to keep costs down. I highly recommend Eric.

Eric has been cleaning my gutters and power washing my house for many years. He is always prompt and shows up when he schedules service. Eric does a complete and thorough job on each task. He is fair with pricing and a terrific guy. I would hire him without reservation.

When I called CCC Air duct & Dryer vent cleaning and Pest control Service of Dedham MA, they took before and after pictures so I could understand precisely what was happening. They were also very professional in removing all of the mold. I will absolutely hire Sam again and suggest her for any job!

I had CCC Dryer Vent Services come to my house in Dedham, and Gary did an amazing job. The Dryer Vent Inspection found problems we didn't know existed, the Chimney Repair was finished on time, the Attic Insulation Services made our house more comfortable, and the Roofing Service was done professionally. This company is trustworthy and thorough, and Gary is the best option for homeowners in Dedham who need Dryer Vent Services, Chimney Repair, or Roofing Service.

This is the best cleaning company I or any of my friends/family have ever used. They are incredibly responsive to website inquiries, do a phenomenal job, communicate consistently for things like arrival times, and they do an incredible job. I have no idea how I got along without them, and they are NOT expensive for the amazing, detailed work they do! Every individual I've met or spoken with, both the cleaners and the staff, have been lovely. Cant recommend highly enough!
