It turned out to be a great decision. Clayton came over, gave me a fair quote to replace my old carpet, and did a wonderful job installing the new carpet for me. Everything looked clean and fresh. Later on, when I had another water problem, I called Clayton again for help. This time he took care of everything—removing damaged carpet, cleaning, and helping update other areas as well. The service was excellent and the price was fair. Clayton is very involved with the work and really cares about customer satisfaction. He even came by himself to make sure everything was done right. That really impressed me. I always recommend this carpet cleaning service to my friends. In my opinion, they are the best around. The team is friendly, trustworthy, and their work speaks for itself. Once you use them, you won’t want to call anyone else.

As a thoughtful extra, the technician, William, also cleaned our entryway oriental rug at no additional charge. Although we moved what furniture we could, they went the extra mile by moving our couch and love seats to clean underneath, and even placed protective plastic under the furniture legs afterwards. i was really happy with the carpet cleaning results on my area rug and bedroom carpets. they even put plastic under the rug so my wood floors stayed safe, which i really appreciated. my two labs like to relax in certain spots, so we added the citrus carpet deodorizer where they hang out the most—the light fruit scent isn’t strong, just fresh. shawn made it easy to reach someone and set up my appointment, which is a big plus for me. everything was simple to schedule, and the price was fair. this is the third time i've used them and i’m always satisfied!

Recently called E.Medwid for an appointment for gutter cleaning and was immediately connected with the owner Eric who offered an estimate based on the size of my home which was more reasonable than others I had contacted and I hired him over the phone and was told he’d arrive at 10-10,30 the next day.He arrived right on time and with his helper Nana they finished the job in an hour and agreed to repair a few other issues which we agreed were necessary and left all areas picked up,and his rate was more reasonable than others and will continue to contact him for future work
