In response to some comments, I want to clarify a few things. First, the carpet cleaning turned out well overall. The room had a loop type pile, unlike the softer plush pile in the rest of the house. It seems that their cleaning system may not have worked perfectly for this type of carpet, but it didn't have any unpleasant smells, and I still stand by my initial thoughts. I believe most of the time their system does a great job, and I wish them continued success. I had heard good things about local services and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before moving in a lot of furniture. The carpet, except for the room with the loop pile, was plush, smooth, and soft with a lovely pile. I took some pictures. I made an appointment, and Dale, along with a helper, came to do the work. Later that day, I noticed the pile looked a bit rippled and felt stiffer than expected. I reached out to Dale, who said he would come back to fix it. However, Leonard came instead. He took a look and said that it was supposed to be that way, even though he hadn't seen the carpet before. I disagreed and showed him a part of the carpet that remained smooth and soft, along with the pictures I had taken earlier. Leonard mentioned they would clean it again, but I decided not to proceed since he already stated it was how it was meant to be. I requested a refund, but he said that wouldn’t be possible and left.
