we used maid pro for the first time today, we have used different cleaning services in the past but this is the best we have ever experienced. professional and excellent at what they do.

The office we called was out of East Bridgewater, but they still accommodated its even though we live just right outside of their service area. We have also had them come by twice, and each time the folks working our house have done a phenomenal job. Super great job for the price as well. Highly recommend if you are looking for a one time service, or a recurring option!

I had an extremely bad experience with MaidPro. It promised me a 10% veteran's discount but the owner, "Glaucia," refused to honor it. They gave me a sight-unseen estimate of $240 to clean a 300 sf apartment (a move out clean of a reasonably clean place). They said if it didn't take that long to clean it, they would not charge the full amount, but they did, and I find it hard to believe that it actually took them that much time to clean such a small place. MaidPro was prompt with same day service, but I wish it weren't, because after they were already there I received many quotes from Thumbtack ranging from $75 to $175, leading me to believe that MaidPro is way over-priced. Finally, since I am an out of town owner, I asked MaidPro to report back that everything was cleared out of the apartment and I found out weeks later from the new tenant (and after I returned the security deposit) that belongings were left behind, including a heavy futon! I am very disappointed in the word and pricing of this company!

It has now been 6 months of using MaidPro and I am happy to write that the quality of their work remains excellent. Luana and Edute are hard working, thorough and dependable. It is obvious they take pride in their work and I recommend them highly.

This was the first time we have used a professional cleaning service at our home. The staff who worked at our home did an excellent job. They were professional, hard working, and dedicated to doing a good job. I was very impressed. Rosiane, Marilza, and Marilda worked well as a team. They should be commended.

I have used a different maid service for the past 2yrs who have typically done a good job. We tried MaidPro this week as they have a local office and will never go back to our previous service.

MaidPro was professional, timely and the staff was of a higher caliber. This is the cleanest my house has been. They are meticulous to even the minor details which, made me feel as if they treated my home as if they were cleaning their own.

MaidPro is Superior to the services I have used previously and offered a more reasonable monthly fee.

Over the last 22 years,we have tried having numerous other companies clean our house. None did a good job. Some even broke some items in our house. It got so bad that we gave up using home cleaning companies, until recently. We gave MaidPro a try since we are moving soon and our house needed a thorough cleaning. Tried to hire them to clean my new house so I can't attest to their cleaning skills. To begin with, I thought their prices were incredibly high for an empty house cleaning, so I negotiated a rate to clean a small kitchen and baths. Received automated emails and text messages reminding me of the appointment two days prior. Also I never got a formal written quote or agreement, just a verbal price. I actually called back to confirm the day and time because I didn't have any email/text confirmation with specific times just that I had an appointment on "x" day. Anyway, day of appointment arrives, they're supposed to be there at 12pm. At 12:15 I tried to call their office and no one answers. At 12:25 I called again, the receptionist who was very nice said to give her 5 minutes get in contact with the cleaners to find out their ETA. Almost 10 minutes later after no one called me back, I called back again, and said to cancel the cleaning. Not sure whose fault this was or what happened but a company that no call no shows up for a fixed appointment time is not professional. I would have been fine with them being late if they had bothered to call or communicate.

I’ve had MaidPro come and perform a monthly cleaning for about a year and am so appreciative of how responsive they are to requests. We have 3 pets (4 if you count my hair throughout the house) and they do such a good job, I only have to spot clean between visits!
