Powell Painting just recently finished a major carpentry project for our house and we are very happy with the final result. Bryan and Andre would check with us every day as the project unfolded and answered any questions would we would have. Breno and his team were always on time, did a very careful job and cleaned up at the end of every day. I would definitely use Powell Painting again and would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Bryan and his crew to fix and paint our large deck. Bryan was great throughout the whole process and communicated well. He was at my house within 24 hours for an estimate and had the crew working within the week. The foreman, Tiago, was a pleasure to interact with. The whole crew was respectful and as hard working as they come. My daughter had a small 2 year old birthday party the weekend after the crew started. They did everything they could to wrap up prior to the party including staying extra late and getting to my house early the next day. Once the project finished, there were a couple areas that I wanted touched up. Bryan sent his crew out the next day no questions asked to make sure the project was completed to my satisfaction. I can't say enough about the professionalism and courtesy the crew, and especially Tiago, showed to myself and my family. Looking forward for the next project they can assist with!

The guys worked hard in the summer heat and kept everything neat. The owner, Bryan, and supervisor, Andre, kept in touch multiple times a day to make sure everything was going smoothly. I contacted Powell Painting requesting a quote. That same afternoon I received a response to set up a time to come out for a quote. The next day Bryan and Andre came out the job and provide me with a quote. Needless to say they were very responsive and informative on how they would proceed. We agreed on a start date for my interior job. The crew came out, Bryan was there to make sure they were aware of what needed to be done, Andre came out multiple times to check on the progress. The job was completed to my satisfaction. The crew did a good job picking up after themselves. I could not have been happier with the results.

We had an outstanding experience with Powell Painting & home services. They did a great job removing our basement carpet and replacing with luxury vinyl plank flooring, as well as painting our basement a new modern color for a fantastic refresh. They helped make suggestions for paint choices on different parts of the room, were very punctual, professional and completed the job quickly!

I hired Powell Painting for a full house painting job. Bryan and the team did a superb job. Excellent communication with frequent check-ins and site visits/walk throughs. The crew paid very close attention to detail and cleaned up/straightened out their equipment after each day. Even after the job was complete I was waiting on some hardware for my shutters. Bryan and the team came back early the following week and hung/installed the shutters. I highly recommend Powell Painting.

We hired Powell Painting to address the exterior of our 1,800 sq. ft. Cape that had been neglected by the previous home owner for potentially decades and was in dire need of fixing.

Bryan's team started our project right when they said they would; either Bryan or Andre checked in on progress twice daily - morning and afternoon. Their workers logged 10+ hour days at times over the course of our project and did a significant amount of carpentry and prep. work.

We had premature, extensive rotting of much of the trimwork on our 7yo house, so we hired Powell for the carpentry work to repair and replace all of the damaged boards (using PVC panels). We used the opportunity to paint the full exterior of our house a color of our choosing, and boy did it come out great! Powell also installed a gutter on an attic dormer. The team was top-notch across the board; excellent communication, friendly and professional staff, hands-on project management from Brian and his supervisors, and quality work. What more could we ask for? We will for sure hire Powell again the next time around...just hopefully not so soon!

We hired Powell to paint the exterior of our home and replace some rotting areas. Bryan, Andre, Stephanie and co. were fantastic to work with from the quote through the entire process. The team even stopped by after the job was done (and paid for) to touch something up that they spotted and didn't like - without any prompting. The attention to detail was so appreciated and I would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Powell Painting. They owner Bryan is an excellent communicator. From the estimate, to contract signing to daily visits to our home just before and during the project-excellent! Bryan found two things a previous contractor missed. Not only was he forthcoming about it, but he was also able to get us someone to help resolve our issue.
The two primary gentleman that did our project was Freddie and Bernardo. I cannot say enough about how good the quality of their work was and how kind they are. Eric joined them partway through-another great painter! The men went above and beyond.
We faced many weather challenges, but the team was able to get things done. The replaced some of the siding on our home, squared off the frame around our garage doors, added soffits, added a new front door and sidelights and painted our entire exterior.
Just prior to the painting we had 29 new construction windows put in. Bryan noticed a seal error right away and his team was able to fix it. They also painted all the new interior trim, fixed a bathroom ceiling and repainted the entire room. Very meticulous. Excellent indoor prep-not a drop of paint anywhere. And very patient as I have 4 children and it’s constantly busy in my house. I plan on calling them in the future for any interior needs.

Our experience with Powell Painting and Home Services was exemplary. The crew was very polite and considerate. Bryan and his associate Andre were extremely attentive to our needs, and helped us get our job completed on time, even with a pretty tight schedule. They even accommodated us when we had to redo a room because the first color was too strong. The work is impeccable, and the house just looks gorgeous. Stephanie in the office was very helpful and patient as we got the payments in, even with a hiccup or two with a credit card. The price also -- amazingly, given how great the work was -- came in well under our other bid. So we will be returning to Powell for all our future painting and home repair needs.

When I am looking to hire a professional for a job, I go with the company I personally feel comfortable with. I needed quite a lot of work done to my 100-year-old house. I wanted gutters removed, trim boards fixed, cedar shingles replaced. I wanted the house painted. I chose Powell Paining because of Bryan, the owner. He was straight forward and honest. I received a detailed quote listing everything we discussed.
I decided to go ahead with the job in May, Stephanie in the office quoted me a start date of end of July beginning of August. They were spot on. Even with the incredibly rainy summer we were having. They pressure washed on July 24th. The woodwork began on July 31st.
The crew was amazing. They started working before 8 am and they worked until after 7 pm, some days even after 8 pm. Every day they cleaned up all debris around the house leaving it looking better than when they started. In total it took 7 days to remove gutters, remove my shutters, power wash, replace boards, replace cedar shingles, prime, paint and rehang my shutters. There was a project manager stopping by every day to make sure everything was going smoothly. Bryan was also stopping in to see the progress.
The team was constantly in touch with me. The communication was amazing. They kept me informed of any schedule changes, and questions they had, following up to make sure I was happy with the progress. They did an outstanding job. While the crew was working, we discovered a bad infestation of wasps. Bryan contacted a company he uses to get rid of them. 5 minutes later that company was calling me to schedule coming out to spray. Within an hour of discovering the problem, I had already set up the eradication for 9:00am the next day. Bryan's suggested company was very affordable.
The quote I received from Bryan was incredibly close to what I ended up paying. With my house being over 100 years old, I had a contingency budget of over 30%. I expected significant issues to arise. I only needed 9% for issues that arose. I added on work, and they fit it in no issue.
When the job was complete, I found two trim boards I didn't like. It had nothing to do with the job the crew did. It had to do with the grain of the wood and the way the light hit it. Bryan sent the crew out immediately to address my concerns. I expected to show them what I was talking about and then get a date they could come back. Nope. The same day they were getting ladders off the truck to address my issue.
The entire team at Powell is amazing. Friendly, polite, funny! They are respectful of your property. I loved the pace the guys worked at. I was at work for most of the job. I used my security cameras to check in on the progress. I was thrilled with the care and attention to detail they showed. They were not in a rush. They made sure it was done correctly. I would hire this team again and again. I've already added on replacing my storm door. It is hard to find a company you can trust. You can trust Powell Painting.

We had the exterior of our home and ADU painted by Powell Painting, and they did an excellent job. Communication was clear throughout, and they were flexible when we made a few design changes along the way.
The on-site crew was courteous and made sure the property was left neat and tidy at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. Bryan and Andre stopped by frequently to check in, ensure things were on track, and were always easy to reach with any questions.
They also repaired and replaced several Hardie boards that were beginning to deteriorate, carefully caulking and making adjustments to help extend their longevity in the future.
