I could not be happier with my experience with the team at Powell. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with.

We hired Powell to paint the exterior of our home and their carpentry services to replace several rotted window frames for a three story house. Andre stopped by to perform the initial exam and was very thorough and knowledgeable on the work that needed to be done. Unlike other painters I contacted, the Powell team was easy to contact and actually showed up on time for the scheduled time slot. Their quote for the project came in right around the same as other quotes we received, and it was well worth the cost.

I can't praise the level of service you get with Powell. Stephanie, who handles scheduling and billing, was on top of communications so that I didn't have to worry about anything. Even the owner, Bryan, stopped by at the beginning to inspect a few leaks we had in our ceiling to help us determine whether there were other issues beyond repairing the rotted windows for us to consider. They will even bring out the drone for inspection if you have a tall home. As additional rotted windows were discovered during the power washing, work orders to add additional work was clear and simple.

Once the work actually began, it went so smoothly. Andre stopped by every morning and afternoon to check in and update us. Our crew, Thiago and Breno, were incredibly hard workers. They were at our home by 7:30 am every morning despite the terrible traffic and often worked past 7 pm even during a heat wave. The guys were experts on the ladders despite having a few high, tricky spots to get to. The worksite was clean after each day which I was grateful for as we have a toddler running around.

The entire project took 10 days. While it moved fast, it didn't feel rushed and no corners were cut to finish quickly. They even paused the project for 2 days because of rain so that we didn't run the risk of streaky paint. After the work was completed, they insisted on us contacting them if we weren't satisfied with any part of the project.

I cannot recommend Powell Painting enough for a stress free and professionally done project.

We just had our house painted after 17 years. We have Hardy Plank siding. I cannot recommend Powell Painting more highly. They addressed issues common to the siding product and removed a lot of rot on the trim boards. Bryan was a dream to work with. He visited the site every day. I was assigned a crew chief that I would go if I had questions and he and the rest of the crew were professional, responsive and eager to please. This is a top notch company. Stephanie in the office could not have been nicer and easier to work with. Please consider if you are thinking of painting.

I recently (08/17 - 8/21/23) had my house painted by Powell Painting and Home Services. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From beginning to end the job and contact with the owner Brian, business manager Andre, site manager Tiago and office manager Stephanie was painless. My home needed extensive siding replacement, wood work, painting and shutter removal and replacement. The work crew were extremely professional and did a great job. Company managers checked with me every day to make sure things were going okay. I was unexpectedly out of town for several days and Andre sent me several texts and photos of the progress. Work order changes were made without difficulty and the property cleanup was excellent. I would highly recommend this company for anyone’s painting and repair services.

Powell Painting did an excellent job on my 105-year old house. They undertook some much-needed carpentry work that blended seamlessly with the architecture, and executed very detail-oriented paintwork to highlight my house's unique character. They worked incredibly fast and were so thorough. I cannot recommend Powell Painting (and team) enough!!

We had the most fantastic experience with Powell Painting and Home Services. From our initial phone call, we received a prompt response to any concerns we had. Communication was excellent, which is very important to us. Bryan is incredibly professional and showed up when he said he would, is organized and efficient, and most importantly, his team is friendly and highly skilled. We had power washing, painting of the trim and carpentry on our two-story colonial house. Bryan repaired window sills, and he replaced rotted surface boards. Our house looks fantastic; we highly recommend Bryan and his team!

Powell Painting painted several rooms in our new house and they were extremely accommodating about schedule, worked very efficiently during the short time period that we had ownership of the house before moving in, and did a beautiful job. The house looks amazing. We were so happy with the work that a few weeks later we hired them to paint most of the interior of the house we were selling.

Powell Painting did a great job on my antique home (circa 1907). The home had several carpentry needs (rotted wood, etc.) from years of neglect which Powell's team tackled with ease - and they were able to match the antique trim moulding. The home looks fantastic now. The guys (Serpa was awesome to work with!) were on-time every day, did a fantastic job cleaning up each day (which my neighbors commented / complimented them on!), were always professional, and were extremely skilled. A++ Service from Powell, I would highly recommend them.

We had an outstanding experience with Bryan and his team. From the very start, they took our project seriously, going above and beyond to address a trouble area where we had some water damage. Instead of just painting over it, they took the extra steps to get to the root of the issue and ensure everything was properly repaired before painting.

The team was incredibly accommodating and professional. They amended the contract to close up our gable vents and add soffit vents, and they even allowed us to use paint from two different providers so we could get the exact custom color we wanted for our door.

Bryan was a true partner in the process, providing valuable insight into popular color trends and helping us select the best colors that would complement our windows, which we couldn't paint. Their expertise and attention to detail made a huge difference in the final result.
