Onix Cleaning Services did an AMAZING job! The attention to detail of cleaning every inch of every room was remarkable. I don’t think there is a spec of dust anywhere to be found. The team was on time and got straight to work. Definitely will recommend to others and will use Onix Cleaning Services again. Such a happy and clean home how :)

I have been using Onix for over a year now. I have a corporate apartment that I need cleaned multiple times a month but not on a regularly recurring schedule. Since I've started working with them, I can easily text or call to schedule my next cleaning and they're extremely quick to respond. They do their best to work with me even when I have a last minute request. I can give them special notes such as "please strip the bed and put in dirty laundry bin" or "please hang the clean towels that are in the closet" and I don't have to worry about it not being done. They also send me pictures to keep me update if they notice something like a scuff on the wall that they can't get out or ask if they need to take out empty Amazon boxes to the recycling room. Highly recommend this crew for ease of use and scheduling. I've never actually been there when they popped in for a cleaning but I never have to worry if they're doing a good job or not.

The team at Onix did an incredible job. They arrived right on time and cleaned quickly and effectively. I booked a deluxe deep clean for my apartment which had not ever been professionally cleaned before, and I am so happy with the results. The attention to detail was really impressive. I also found the booking process to be convenient and easy. They were very accommodating and responsive when I needed to reschedule after making the initial appointment.

Onix came in and did a deep clean today- The communication was amazing, the price was fair, I don’t think my condo has ever been this clean. I would highly recommend this cleaning service and I’m actually considering maybe hiring them to do once a month cleaning for me -there’s not a single part of my condo that isn’t sparkling.

Very unreliable. Since I was out of town, I asked them to inspect the property to quote. They did not want to inspect the property, but sent the quote and confirmed a date for the cleaning. Then they said there were no photos of the property and cancelled.

I recently hired Onix Cleaning Services to do a deep clean of my apartment. My husband and I are relatively clean, but wanted to have it professionally cleaned to get in all the nooks and crannies we hadn't. Onix was incredibly communicative--right after I viewed the quote on their website and requested to schedule, they called me and were able to schedule our cleaning for a few days later. The 3 cleaners who came were great--our place was spotless and felt very fresh. We look forward to using them again in the future!

Onix is amazing! I had originally booked with another company over a month in advance, and they cancelled due to staffing 2 days before the clean. I reached out to Onix with my situation, and they were able to give us an appointment with such short notice! My apartment has truly never been so clean, communication was easy, and the cleaners were kind to me and my cats! They went above and beyond what I expected in every room of my home. I will be booking and recommending them for any future cleans!

2 stars because they showed up on time, fair pricing, and did the bare minimum, but did not complete the tasks that we paid for (move in, middle tier out of the 3 tiers).

We hired Onix for a move in cleaning and paid for the middle tier option (they’ve 3 options). They mopped and vacuumed and did a very surface level cleaning (quick wipe down, nothing else), but as you can see in the pictures, they did not do a thorough job that they advertised. The place had been cleaned prior to moving in, but we wanted a thorough cleaning, hence why we wanted professional cleaners who have all the special tools and supplies to do a thorough cleaning. after Onix cleaned, we noticed there were many cobwebs remaining with some being in higher spots and others being reachable with a standard duster. The tiles in the bathroom (both floor and shower) still remained dirty as pictured. On the bathroom floor, I spent a minute cleaning the top tile with a dollar tree dish sponge and bleach, which is noticeably cleaner than the work Onix did. The insides of drawers, which is included in their package that we paid for, still remained dirty.

These issues were mentioned after the cleaning was completed but we were told they cleaned. With that being said, I just cleaned the home myself and considered it a loss of $400+. It’s just not worth it to me to have people come back and micromanage them, I just want people to do their job as described & paid for. I was looking for a cleaning service to come monthly, and will no longer consider Onix an option because of the poor job done.
