We have been using JS cleaning service for about 2 years, we are very happy about their service. JS cleaning service clean our Airbnb condo couple of times a week; we got 5 star reviews from our guests, our condo was rated as sparkling clean, kudos to JS cleaning team! The team are flexible on cleaning schedule, they answered our urgent cleaning requests promptly. We plan to continue using their service for long time.

I was initially impressed by their efforts to tackle the chaos (it was a lot of organizing).They did manage to sort and tidy areas like the bathroom counter, my office and the living room areas which I greatly appreciated. However, upon closer inspection, I found several areas of concern. Floors and various surfaces remained uncleaned, and dishes were put away dirty. I had also paid extra for stove cleaning, only to also find that it was still not cleaned as one would expect.

Regrettably, I continue to discover more issues than expected, so I've decided not to use their services moving forward. It’s a tough call, especially after seeing the potential in their initial efforts. I’ve shared my observations with Jessica, not looking for a refund but hoping it serves as constructive feedback. While my journey with JS Cleaning Services ends here, I believe in the importance of honest feedback for growth.

Like I said, never again. $755 for organization was not what we agreed and I myself sent videos and pictures so please miss me with the crappy response that you asked me to check the work. How am I supposed to check it all while the girls are standing there watching me? Go to someone else who employs people that do the job they agreed to do especially when the customer sent soooooo many detailed messages and visuals). Stop trying to guilt me for hiring you to do what you agreed to do. YOU sent your team and knew the job!)
