There were a number of areas missed, and when the owner agreed to visit and check on the cleaning the next day, he did not show up...I was sent an email ,saying that "maybe I do not want to continue their service," I replied,I thought that was best.. At 6:48 this morning I received an email stating the team will be here today at 8:30..not exactly enough notice to tell them not to come and not be charged a cancellation fee.

I asked Hank and Jonathan to especially focus on an upstairs bedroom that is seldom used and they did a thorough job while still keeping up with all of their usual tasks. What a great team they are!

Two maid and a mop cleaned my apartment back to prestine condition complementary in partnership with cleaning for a cause. Having cancer has made it very difficult to keep up with cleaning. The service provided gave me so much relief.

Bought an house and asked for the “Deep Clean Package” but there was very little cleaning done. All that was done was vacuuming, floors washed, and minor cleaning in the bathroom. They did NOT clean the windows, cabinets, radiators, hand rails, shower knobs, or dust the cob webs even though it’s advertised that they would be cleaning it. Prior to them arriving they assured me they would clean the basement but it never got done, they just left a big pile of dirt and leaves in the middle of the room.

Two maids were punctual professional and did a wonderful job cleaning my home. Also, which was a big factor to us is that we are comfortable having them in our home. I look forward to a long relationship with 2 Maids.

The TwoMaids cleaning company does a super job! Awesome team, friendly and strives to please the client. In terms of the company service level agreement, they are super flexible - adding / changing rooms very easily. I strongly recommend them for you home cleaning.

The cleaners are very friendly and always make me feel comfortable! Having someone clean your house can be embarrassing if you are the type of person who feels like they can do it all all the time, but they are non-judgmental and professional.

Two maids did a wonderful job cleaning my home. The were very professional and personable. There cleaning was excellent. My house has been spotless when they leave. I would recommend them highly.

Horrible service. Just bought a house and purchased their Deep Clean Package because we needed it cleaned out for a fresh move-in, but we were severely disappointed and overcharged. They barely made a difference, we had to spend many hours doing their job for them afterwards. We were told they "specialize in kitchens and bathrooms", but they didn't clean the fridge or any of the cabinets. They didn't do a touch of cleaning on any walls or ceilings. Additionally, they waited until they were here to tell us they "weren't equipped to clean basements" after us paying for that floor, and we too afraid to clean any spiders or webs. They ignored all our calls to discuss the issue and had no interest in helping us. We would never recommend them for any substantial cleaning.

Moving is stressful enough without having to worry about cleaning. Two Maids & A Mop helped us by cleaning our new home post-construction so we could move in to a fresh, clean space. They were efficient, prompt and did a great job with communicating about the work they were able to do. I have recommended them to family and friends previously and will absolutely continue to do so!

Always good but could pay more attention to details: door edges could be wiped down every month or so, mantle needs dusting, dead bug on kitchen window windowsill. Place always a pleasure to come home to after clean (I usually stay away during cleaning). Very pleasant housekeepers and responsive management. If I request something always received well and very responsive. Highly recommend.

I felt very comfortable with Eric and his team. They were friendly and thorough. Eric took the time to learn about my preferences and guided the team accordingly. It feels great to have a clean house!
