Roger made sure job was done correct with the least amount of destruction to walls. Communicated with me throughout the process and sent guys who were professional got the job done and kept everything clean.

My technician was courteous and professional. He fixed the problems to ensure that we had heat in the house. I would definitely recommend this company!

I would definitely hire Platinum again to repair my ac. Christine was wonderful. She explained everything to me as I was not educated about this process. Christine got the part we needed and the team was out to fix my ac a few days later. It is in the middle of summer. I would recommend Platinum to anyone who needs repairs.
