Steve was the technician that serviced my problem. We had several slow draining sinks. Steve was very polite and corrected the problem, and also offered tips to prevent the problems in the future.

Steve provided exceptional service: clear communication, and meticulous workmanship. Highly recommended for future plumbing needs.

Nick was knowledgeable about the issue. He asked me questions that really narrowed down the solution. Once that was determined, it was a quick fix.

Very pleasant and professional when dealing with the office. All questions were answered for me and issues were resolved.
The guys who installed the tankless water heater were professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Would use this company again.

The plumber that came to my house was Nick. Very nice, told me what had to be done and he got it done in great time. Would definitely recommend. (And ask for Nick)

This was the annual inspection of my furnace in preparation for the winter.
Tanya was very courteous and professional. She did a thorough job inspecting my furnace (gas-fired boiler) and hot water heater and making sure that everything was OK. She cleaned the jet / flame tubes of the furnace and vacuumed the surrounding area.

Nobody likes to have to call a plumber, but the service and professionalism I received from Platinum was excellent. I can’t speak highly enough about the team, from the actual service people to the scheduling team, they did their absolute best to ensure the job was completed right an as quickly as possible. Hats off to Platinum Home Services.

Devin was a pro and provided excellent service for our boiler system. He was also generous with his expertise and taught me a lot about how to properly care for our heating system going forward. It’s an old house/system and I’m from the south and have never bled a radiator in my life before moving up here. I’m thankful for Devin & Platinum Heating for getting our heat going again!

Brendan is an exceptional technician! He explained everything that he did, showed me photos from the interior of the furnace using his scope camera, asked me questions about the functionality of the furnaces, and examined my humidifier. I've been scheduling the furnace maintenance for my two furnaces for at least 10 years now, and have never knew what they did, and what they are concerned about. This was very enlightening and helpful. Thank you Brendan!

Technician Branden(HVAC) was very polite and patient with me asking a few questions. He kept his answers very simple and easy to understand. He was kind enough to answer a plumbing question. He did say if I have any more plumbing questions I can talk to someone in that department. Very honest about not knowing plumbing fully.

Platinum Home Services was terrific! The team in the office and on-site technicians were highly responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I highly reccomend. Thank you!

Technician was prompt and showed up at the appointed time. He was able to diagnose two problems in my home and fix both in under an hour. Overall, extremely satisfied with today’s services.

What a great experience! I woke up with no heat and a few hours later the house is warming up nicely. Branden was excellent, and even handled my dogs loving on him with grace. Everyone I interacted with about this service call was kind and professional.

On Friday, November 7th, we had the pleasure of meeting Branden from Platinum Home Service for our annual boiler cleaning and maintenance. I feel it’s important for the company to know just how exceptional this employee is.

From the moment he arrived, Branden was professional, courteous, and clearly passionate about his work. What stood out the most was his enthusiasm for educating me about my own boiler. In all my years of dealing with home service companies, no one has ever taken the time—or shown the interest—to explain what they were checking, why it mattered, and how the system works. Branden did all of that and more. His explanations were clear, detailed, and delivered with genuine excitement. It was obvious he is extremely knowledgeable and well-versed in his job.

You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work and about helping customers understand their systems. This is a rare and invaluable trait. I honestly believe he has the potential to one day be a leader or teacher in this field, training the next generation of maintenance and repair professionals. His passion for both the work and the teaching aspect is unmistakable.

Platinum Home Service is very lucky to have an employee like Branden. He represents the company with excellence, and in my opinion, he deserves to shine—and to be recognized for the outstanding service he provides.

This was, without question, the best service experience I’ve ever had. Branden should be commended for his professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer care.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Platinum - from great customer service when scheduling an appointment to great technical service in repairing heat problem with my HVAC System. Devin, Service Tech was excellent. He was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. He took care of the problem and even replaced my thermostat in no time. I would highly recommend Platinum

Ian & Ponch did a great job replacing both our boiler & water heater. They were very professional and left the work area cleaner than they found it. They even answered my simplistic homeowner questions about the new equipment.

I had nothing but a positive experience with Platinum Home Services. From the first repair technician, Devin to the 2 installers Ian & Ponch who did the entire replacement of my A/C Compressor and Evaporator Coil. They used tarps for the floor and cleaned up very nice. They respected our home like it was there’s.

If I had any issues at all, I would say the time it takes from reporting my repair to actually getting it repaired was approximately 5 weeks. But, I don’t think it was Platinum, we used a home warranty company and I think they were the hold up. Plus, we have the very new Freon technology.

I also have to give a compliment to the 2 ladies in the office, Christine and Tayna. Both were fantastic dealing with them.

Overall, I would recommend Platinum Home Services, as they did a Fantastic job at my home.

These folks are consistently skilled, pleasant, prompt and quick to respond. We have a triple decker and they have worked to fix and/or restore three furnaces and three hot water heaters over a number of years. Their field workers know what they are doing, and Christine is a delight to set up and evaluate the job(s). Can't recommend them enough!
