Tanisha did an amazing job cleaning from top to bottom. She cleaned all appliances including the fridge and meat freezer. She disaffected everything and left everything smelling soo goood. On top of that She was so sweet and helpful. I would calll her again in a heart beat

She fit me in fast, showed up on time, and stayed longer than she planned just to make sure the job was done right. Half hour late but he did the job. Pricing surely up there but that comes with years of experience or YouTube videos as the guy suggested.

The gentleman that came out twice to fix my piece of crap whirlpool dishwasher was awesome. He fixed it twice for me when the other repair company couldn’t figure it out.

Our company manages 450 units in the area. We purchase all of our appliance parts from them. We also have moved our appliance repair business to them, they do a great job.

Although not broken, I had issues with both washer and dryer that were over 7 years old. The service was really good particularly with customer relations and scheduling for service. Everything was fixed and complete within about a week. Parts were quite pricey and seemed to be slightly innocuous to the functioning of the appliances ($693 when complete) but everything was smooth and now my worries about having to go out and purchase anew are gone. A successful transaction! I would definitely return for service here!

Just purchased a new fridge about 6 months ago. All of a sudden everything was defrosting and the fridge/freezer stopped getting cold. Appliance care sent Peter who came in and knew exactly what to check for and replaced the part within 15 minutes the fridge is back in working order. The owner and service tech were both very knowledgeable and helpful navigating the challenging issues of extended warranties. The owner went above and beyond trying to talk sense to Frigidaire. I would highly recommend this repair service. My reviews for Frigidaire and Electrolux are exactly the opposite and I would never recommend their appliances to anyone!

Got off to a rocky start with the scheduler who called to schedule our appointment and the owner of the company. That being said, they did what they said and sent their tech to our home first thing Monday morning. Peter was professional, knowledgeable and thorough, going above and beyond to listen to what we had experienced with the refrigerator and the recommendation of a service rep that had been sent by GE earlier. Peter never contradicted the past service, but quickly assessed the issue and went to work to repair it. He was done in just about one hour. He was clean and handled our appliance with care.
