Terrible communication. Gave me the run around all day. Finally showed up the next day , assessed job,said they were going to get fittings and never came back. I called them to find out if they were coming back, they said they didn’t want to do job. Customer service and communication was terrible.

Had problems with temp and zoning in house. Called Marc's Sheet Metal and he came out to do a site visit very quickly.He suggested installing a Honeywell Zone control system to my heating system that had never worked properly since the installation by a different contractor 18 years ago. Once installed the system worked perfectly. Should have done long ago. Easy to work with I recommend calling.

Marc and his team performed an HVAC install as part of a major remodel. He was very responsive and the work was completed efficiently. I found his pricing and payment terms to be more customer-friendly than others in the area.

Marc came to my house on a Sunday morning to repair my AC within 20 minutes of calling him and had it fixed in no time. Marc is very professional and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him without hesitation.

I had a problem arise yesterday with my A/C. I called another company but they didn’t repair A/C equipment but thankfully they gave me Marc’s number. I called him and explained my problem....he called me today and said he would be able to come over in an hour. Sure enough Marc and his son showed up an hour later. He got right to work accessing the problem. Before too long he found the problem and fixed it in less than an hour! The price was more than fair and Marc and his son were very knowledgeable and personable people. If ever I have a problem again I’ll be calling him back!

Meticulous, courteous, and responsive are a few words I would use to describe Marc and his crew who recently installed an AC Unit in our home. They were friendly and addressed all of our concerns. I would highly recommend their company and utilize them in the future.

Marc's Sheet Metal sent four men to my home to change out an oil tank. They were very professional. They had an eye for detail and proved that they were very knowledgable in their trade. All four were always busy doing their part during the install. They cleaned everything up when they were done and even shook my hand at the end of the job. (Don"t see that often in young men today). I give Marc's Sheet Metal 5 👍's up.

Years ago my husband had Marc's sheet metal install 2 Lg units. I recently called them back to have them install 2 additional units in other rooms.

Marc came to the house when the company said he would to look at the job and give me a quote. He was professional, kind and prompt. His quote was what i had anticipated and he was upfront the equipment might take a few weeks to come in since we are in the midst of the pandemic.

Once the equipment came in, which was sooner than i expected, he scheduled his crew to come in and install. His crew was prompt, professional, clean and went above and beyond with answering questions regarding my older units and checking them out.

I would highly recommend them for any job you might be considering.

Called Marc's Sheetmetal on Monday 7/3 because our ac wasn't working. Left a message with the answering service stating it was not an emergency and could wait til after the holiday. I got a call about 15minutes later and he said he was on his way! 30 minutes after that our AC was back up and running and he said he'd be back in the fall to ensure it's not leaking. Thanks guys for coming out on short notice!!

I recently had an issue with my furnace staying on. I called Marc's and told him the issue. Marc quickly diagnosed the problem and over the phone walked me through fixing it myself. Marc and his team installed the furnace some years ago and were very professional and courteous. I went back to them for my central air install. I recommend Marc's, not only for the installations but also follow on maintenance.

Marc and his crew were efficient, considerate of our home, got the job done, as specified and were done. The techs worked very hard and were polite and took time to ask if there were any questions and answered any that I had as the work progressed. At the end of each day, they cleaned up and took all trash away so they could start anew the next morning. It's a wonderful thing when you hire someone who does as promised, with no surprises! Would highly recommend to friends and family..

My heater broke this morning at 7am, and I am writing this review at 9:45am to say it is already fixed! These guys are AWESOME. They inspected the heater, immediately knew what the issue was, had the part at their shop, left to go get it, came right back and it was fixed within an hour! If there was a 100 star review option, I would give it to them. Simply the best!

Marc came right to my house when my AC died on one of the hottest weekends of the summer and got it back up and running right away! They always provide great service and at an affordable price. Cannot recommend them enough!

A “chain” company had installed a new central air system a few years ago, it was not done well. Marc’s sheet metal was recommended, we called and received a quick reply, they assessed the problem areas and rectified them timely. His staff was friendly, cleaned up after, and took the time to explain to how the system works. Will definitely use them again.

I called Marc’s sheet metal after receiving an estimate from another company for my central air unit. I wanted a second opinion due to my unit really never giving me any problems over the years and I was surprised to hear the entire unit would have to be replaced. Not only was the problem pretty much diagnosed by the helpful woman who answers the phone, it was repaired in a matter of a day or two. It would have been sooner if my unit wasn’t so old that the part had to be ordered. She had the technicians come out within a half hour of me first talking to her. I cannot say enough about the office workers and technicians at this company. They were all unbelievably knowledgeable and very courteous. If you need any repair work and you want it done quickly and correct the first time, call Marcs Sheet Metal!

We had new heating and air conditioning units installed in December. The onsite staff is skilled and knowledgeable about the systems they are installing. The business office responds in a timely manner and takes the time to explain. We also had duct and vent cleaning following the installation and were very pleased. I highly recommend this company based on our experience.

We called Marc for a quote on 1 ductless air conditioner split unit. He came by the next day to give us a quote. He called the next morning with the quote and was able to install the next day. He said his crew would be here at 8 am, they were here at 7:30. Awesome!!!!
His crews, say 5 guys, came in and laid down a red carpet on my kitchen floor so they don't drag in dirt from the outside!! They used drop cloths
so they wouldn't get any dust on the floor.

they found it!! They went the extra mile!! Impressive!!! The guys were courteous, knowledgeable and didn't stop from the time they walked in until the job was complete, which was only like 3 1/2 hours. This company is amazing!!!!

Marc put our air conditioning system in when we built our house 20 years ago. We have been happy with it and had no issues over the 20 years. Recently our upstairs unit stopped working ( of course on the hottest day of the year)! Marc came out the quickly and was able to resolve the problem.
