Temps outside were around 5 degrees... my heating system went down... i called Marc @ approx 9 a.m. ...left message with answering service and received callback within 10 minutes...tech asked a few questions...said he would b there within 20 minutes... tech arrived promptly...diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes.. all repairs within 30-40 minutes... OUTSTANDING RESPONSE AND SERVICE... I've used Marc's for HVAC for both heating and A/C and always have been very satisfied... And i received a follow up call afterwards to make sure everything was to my satisfaction... I would not hesitate to recommend Marc's for your service needs

Woke up to no heat in the house. Called Mark's Sheet Metal. Two service techs were at my house by 8:15. Adam and Zack were pleasant, personable and knowledgeable. They had the problem fixed in no time. Rates were very reasonable, especially based on an emergency visit. Have referred them to other family members with the same outcome.

We were looking for a central air quote in a home that already had central heating without breaking the bank. Our neighbor used Marc's Sheet Metal to have central air installed and highly recommended them to us.

Marc came to our house for the initial quote. He was punctual and professional. We received our quote a few days later and it was by far the lowest quote out of every company that we received a quote from. My husband wanted a specific unit and they obliged, no problem. That obviously made the quote higher, but we wanted a different unit and it was still way under what we were quoted before with lesser units.

They booked me for two weeks later to have the central air installed, but had an opening and got it in a week early! I was super delighted for that as I loathe the summer heat.

One of Marc's crew stopped by the day before to check on the electric panels again, which was absolutely wonderful. I love a business that does thorough work and double checks everything.

The crew that came were amazing. They were friendly, professional, and very down to Earth. They were a pleasure to have in my home and cleaned up when they were done. I told them they didn't have to clean the floors because I was going to vacuum and mop anyway, but they insisted on leaving everything the way it was before they entered. I respect that greatly.

They made sure everything turned on and worked, and showed me the new features on my thermostat before they left.

I highly recommend Marc's Sheet Metal. What a marvelously positive experience! You should experience it, too!

Marc’s Sheet Metal responded quickly when I called about a faulty furnace and had both the furnace and AC unit replaced within 48 hours. The team was fast, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. Great service from start to finish — highly recommend.

Contacted Marc this morning on the recommendation of our oil company because our furnace wasn’t working on a cold winter day. The control board was fried and wiring damaged. Marc and his team were quick to get here even with no prior relationship with his company! Luckily he had the control board in stock but the job was a bit more complicated as they needed to rewire parts of the furnace to get it operational. He and his team were fantastic and ensured that the furnace was working properly (heat and cooling) before leaving our home. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him in the future and we are very thankful for all they did to help us!

We have had the pleasure of working with Marc and his team for over 20 years. The entire team are dedicated and committed to making any issue with our HVAC system work perfectly. They recently immediately resolved an issue during their recent cold spelled in a matter of hours of being contacted. It’s easy to write a 5-star review of a great company and Marc’s Sheet Metal is a great company! They have serviced our HVAC system for the past four years with nothing but positive results. The service crew is knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. As for customer care, Marc himself came out on an emergency call in the middle of the last blizzard to troubleshoot and repair our furnace. And then the next morning we received a follow-up call to make sure the heat was still on during this bitter cold spell.

I have been using Marc’s Sheet Metal since 2009, when I purchased my home and discovered the second floor was not heating or cooling properly. Marc came out personally, explained the issue clearly, and had it fixed the very next day. From that point on, they were always available whenever I needed service.
On one of the hottest days of the year, our air conditioning failed while my ill mother-in-law was staying with us. Marc responded immediately and had the system up and running within an hour, which meant so much to our family.
When it was time to downsize and install heat pumps in our new home, Marc’s Sheet Metal was the only company I considered. Marc and his crew were professional, reliable, and their workmanship was top-notch. They were very clean and left no mess behind which pleased my wife. I highly recommend them for any HVAC / Heat Pump needs.
