What a great experience with Branden from Platinum Home Service!! Would highly recommend this company again. We had Branden for Maintenance and Devan for repair.

This is the third time we've had Devin come for service. He is great! So knowledgeable! He is a great representative for the company.

Nick did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable. Left the area cleaner then when he arrived.

I would definitely hire Platinum again to repair my ac. Christine was wonderful. She explained everything to me as I was not educated about this process. Christine got the part we needed and the team was out to fix my ac a few days later. It is in the middle of summer. I would recommend Platinum to anyone who needs repairs. They are trustworthy and honest.

My heating at home has not been working properly. Steve from Platinum home service came by with a call put in yesterday to American home shield. Steve was here for about an hour and left telling me all fixed. It was late and he had been working all day. He didn’t wait to see if he fixed the problem (ie. See if the temp came back up). He said it will take a while. Well, problem not solved. I will call them in the morning to come back

Very thorough inspection of both furnace and water heater. Technician very experienced. We are confident that our units are in good shape and working properly. Technician very patient to answer all our many questions.

Steve was the technician that serviced my problem. We had several slow draining sinks. Steve was very polite and corrected the problem, and also offered tips to prevent the problems in the future.

Steve provided exceptional service: clear communication, and meticulous workmanship. Highly recommended for future plumbing needs.

Nick was knowledgeable about the issue. He asked me questions that really narrowed down the solution. Once that was determined, it was a quick fix.

The plumber that came to my house was Nick. Very nice, told me what had to be done and he got it done in great time. Would definitely recommend. (And ask for Nick)

Nick, diagnosed the issue and root caused to Appliance and not plumbing. However when reporting to home warranty service company, said there’s no issue with plumbing and appliance. This is causing a consternation with home warranty service company. I would have appreciated if it was reported as diagnosed. That’s why giving two stars.

This was the annual inspection of my furnace in preparation for the winter.
Tanya was very courteous and professional. She did a thorough job inspecting my furnace (gas-fired boiler) and hot water heater and making sure that everything was OK. She cleaned the jet / flame tubes of the furnace and vacuumed the surrounding area.

Nobody likes to have to call a plumber, but the service and professionalism I received from Platinum was excellent. I can’t speak highly enough about the team, from the actual service people to the scheduling team, they did their absolute best to ensure the job was completed right an as quickly as possible. Hats off to Platinum Home Services.

Devin was a pro and provided excellent service for our boiler system. He was also generous with his expertise and taught me a lot about how to properly care for our heating system going forward. It’s an old house/system and I’m from the south and have never bled a radiator in my life before moving up here. I’m thankful for Devin & Platinum Heating for getting our heat going again!

Brendan is an exceptional technician! He explained everything that he did, showed me photos from the interior of the furnace using his scope camera, asked me questions about the functionality of the furnaces, and examined my humidifier. I've been scheduling the furnace maintenance for my two furnaces for at least 10 years now, and have never knew what they did, and what they are concerned about. This was very enlightening and helpful. Thank you Brendan!

Technician Branden(HVAC) was very polite and patient with me asking a few questions. He kept his answers very simple and easy to understand. He was kind enough to answer a plumbing question. He did say if I have any more plumbing questions I can talk to someone in that department. Very honest about not knowing plumbing fully.

We had a tech come look at our mini split and informed us the outside unit circut board was no good, we understood and asked for quote for the repair. When he put together the unit inside he did so with power on and fried the inside circut board. They now tell us we need to replace the entire unti, we asked that they cover the unit inside as his tech made a mistake and the only issue with our unit was the outside. We have the pictures to confirm the before and after he touched it. The owner himself made it clear they won't do anything about this matter as it was not their fault. Now we are stuck taking legal action for this. I am sure they have done well for other people as again we picked them based off reviews....its just awful that they can't admit fault and fix the issue. I was still willing to pay for the part that was no good but how honest is the company if their tech made a mistake and they can't admit it and fix it but want to say we now have to pay $5500 for an entire brand new unit.

Technician was prompt and showed up at the appointed time. He was able to diagnose two problems in my home and fix both in under an hour. Overall, extremely satisfied with today’s services.
