Great experience and outcome. Lost our heat overnight and looked at reviews to make up my mind on who we should call. Within an hour of calling MJ first thing in the morning we received a call back and an estimated time when we could expect some to look at our furnace issue. Jacob was professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. A rare part was needed and they luckily located one but did provide a realistic expectation it could be a few days. Solid customer service...they just added another satisfied customer!

My AC conked out on the hottest week of the year. Because of the age of the system it wasnt worth repairing. I called about 10 companies and due to the weather everyone was booked up solid. I called MJ, and Mike responded to my house within a couple hours. He had an estimate ready quickly and told me it could be done within a week. This was great news considering the time of year. I did my due diligence and got a couple of estimates. MJ beat them all by price and when the job could be complete . The two installation techs were great. They were friendly, efficient and have great taste in music. Currently im sitting in my nice cool house and i can barely hear(the old one sounded like a 747 landing) the AC kick on. I would and will recommend MJ to anyone.

We contacted Mike Monday night and received a quick response. His guys were at my house first thing in the morning. Absolutely loved the customer service. My heat wouldn't turn on, they came in and fixed the issue within an hour. The two young men who came were very friendly and answered all my questions. We will definitely be doing business with this company going forward and we highly recommend working with them.

Mj Heating was such a pleasure to work with. We had a heat/at unit installed in our newly renovated second floor. We absolutely love it!
It's so quiet, and keeps our whole upstairs nice and cozy. Mike gave a very reasonable price and the job he did was amazing. He installed the unit upstairs and outside very "cleanly", meaning the wires do not show and looks attractive! I will definitely hire MJ Heating again for getting our downstairs hooked up with ductless heating and ac. Mike will explain everything of what he will do and is super friendly. My husband I couldn't be happier with MJ Heating & Air Conditioning. In August, we dealt with another heating company who came out to our house to fix our AC. Unfortunately, what was done messed up our heat. When we tried to turn our heat on in September and discovered the problem, I called the other company 4 times, left numerous messages, sent texts, and never heard back. Fortunately, my father referred me to MJ Heating & Air Conditioning. We were able to speak with someone right away. Mike got back to us quickly and scheduled a time to come out. They showed up on time, were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly, and charged a very fair price. Mike was excellent. Came to the house to give an estimate to replace our 19 year old central air conditioner and outside condenser. The price quoted was reasonable. His crew of 4 showed up at 7:30 and finished the job at 5:30. They had to dismantle the old unit in the attic , removed the old unit. The unit in the attic had rusted out in some areas, they cleaned up the area and then brought in the new unit and began the installation. Keep in mind it had to be brought up into the attic not an easy task. Then they removed the outside condenser and placed it on one of their trucks. Then they placed the new one and began to hook it up. I was impressed that all 4 installers were truly professional throughout this whole process.
Once the air conditioner and condenser were hooked up, they tested the unit to make sure it was working properly.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who may need repairs or replace their air condition system.

I met the owner of this company at a business meeting…I am in an air conditioning company in Texas that has 40 years of experience in the trade…I just want to say…Mike is true gift to the hvac industry! He was easy to talk to and a pleasure to spend time with. I have NO DOUBT that if you need work done that this company will be honest and open about how to fix ANY problems you have. I don’t say this to try to promote his company…I say this because I met him and spent time with him and I know without a doubt he will treat you with respect and honesty! Our AC was not working so we called MJ Heating & Air conditioning. Had never used this company before. Mike was very quick to get back to us, came out to us within a few hours and fixed the problem. What a pleasant person to work with. We would recommend him highly to anyone who needs to have an AC installed or repaired.

The owner, Mike was professional, quick to answer calls& texts. The cost to replace heating system and A/C system was fair and reasonable. The grew did an excellent job, taking all old materials out. They left everything very clean. The crew was polite and efficient. Our experience was extremely positive and would highly recommend M &J.

The best out there...we shopped around with several contractors over the course of a few years. It took so long simply due to not finding the right contractor. We were fortunate to have found MJ and team through a recommendation and we could not be happier. Our house didn't offer the most straightforward install but through consult, and taking with his team they came up with the perfect package for the house. What a game changer it has been! My AC broke down in the middle of a pretty hot day in July, I reached out to numerous businesses who could not get me on their service schedules for a few days. When I reached out to MJ Heating I received a text shortly after saying they would have someone out either the same day or next day. Few hours later I got a text telling me that they were sending a tech over that same day. The temp in my house was 87 and I work from home so it was difficult to tolerate. Tech (Jacob) came out and he was awesome! I explained the issue he knew right away where to go to look how to fox it. He fixed it and I had my air working in no time. However, less than 1 week later I had the same issue, I called and asked to have someone come back out. The next day a tech (Spencer) came out who was also awesome! Turned out this time the issue was with the breaker on not the AC unit. Tech was very patient and explained the issue and what to look for if it happens again and how best to handle it. I would definitely recommend this company. Techs are great they know their stuff.

We contracted with this company to install heating and AC in our new built house. In the beginning they were very responsive and came and did the duck work and installation of the heating. Once we were ready to do the AC in the house, we started calling him 6 months ago and and we would call, call and leave messages and Michael the owner will never get back to us. We paid him the whole amount of the job minus $5,000 for 3 air conditioners. We just wanted him to finish the job he started. We have reached out multiple times, again to no avail. Do not use this company. He does not care about his business or his customers. He is awful to do business with. BEWARE!!!!

A great crew with experience beyond their years. Excellent, professional, on time, installation from Dave, Jacob, Ryan & Nate (Electrician). Mike, the owner, was quick to answer all calls & texts. Mike’s crew did a great job throughout the process being precise with the installation ,as well as, neat and clean. The equipment they installed for our air conditioning is top quality with an installation cost that was both fair and reasonable. My wife & I know we made the right decision to contract with MJ Heating & Air Conditioning and recommend them with confidence.

I had given MJ heating and air-conditioning a great review in the beginning Of their installation of my ducted heat pumps. Unfortunately, things have taken a turn, and they only want To show their professionalism and kindness when a customer pays the full amount all upfront, which was not cheap whatsoever. They do give you one year of free labor charges, which is great nothing bad happened. There were little things that would happened which was really annoying for example, the AC wouldn’t turn on until the degrees went up six than what I had it set for so it would get really hot in here before it would turn on. I called them on this situation at least a good three times only the fourth person that they sent knew exactly what was going on and they fixed the problem on all three of my thermostats thank God. The first problem that I had was the heat was on for a good 18 hours continuous even though I had it set at auto it made my electricity bill become $1000(Nobody in New England should be getting a heat pump. Look it up not good in the winter whatsoever.) Anyways, the person that they sent the first time didn’t fix the problem of course only until the second time that this happened the person That came out to the house noticed the thermostat temperature reader was connected to the unit itself, which was saying it was freezing obviously instead of it connecting inside the house temperature so thank God that was fixed. This past issue that I had apparently the “motor blew” inside the actual unit in the attic And this is after a year so they were going to charge me $140 an hour for that to be fixed. The motor was under warranty. So I wasn’t going to pay for the part, but in the back of my head, how does something so expensive blow up A little bit after a year, they did not want to listen to me and they were being pretty rude about it so I called the actual company of the unit and they describe the issue completely different. I read them the warning code that the thermostat was giving and they said all that needed to be done. Was the fan needed to be cleaned So why is this company saying it blew. Anyways, the room was freezing so I turned on the unit just to see if it would work because it wasn’t working and magically. It was working great again. I have not had any issues so I called them and I said why is it working if you told me it blew? They had no explanation. I explained my concerns to the reception whose name is Ana. She is the nicest person you will ever speak with very professional. She did say she was going to express all these concerns to Mike the owner. I was waiting a few days for a call to try to get Some type of apology or sympathy, but that did not happen so I wrote this review because people should know this contractor does not take any classes for Fujitsu brand so they have no knowledge directly from the company that is what Fujitsu told me when I called them. Also, I’ve had this company’s ladder In my master bedroom still near the attic for about a good two weeks and a half I would say and they have already said they were going to pick it up that has not happened!

We replaced our heating and air conditioner with Goodman, and you can not beat the price along with the quality and absolutely great 10 year warranty (after you register it online).

I can not believe how quiet the outside condenser is, it is really quiet compared to my old other brand.

Heat and AC work great, plenty of airflow and it’s adjustable, to your liking.

The system works great with the ecobee thermostat that performs just outstanding with 3 sensors covering our 1150 square foot raised ranch.

My dealer MJ Heating & Air Conditioning sent 3 people to install in just a day!! Very polite and clean!!
