Mr. Gingras answered the phone on Monday and I told him of my emergency for a new water heater that broke over the weekend and he rearranged his schedule Monday morning for my wife and I to have a new one installed, I mean who does that ,he did, and I couldn’t appreciate it more, we are senior citizens, and I just want everyone to know that there is someone out there who actually cares his plumber Jason has worked at my house once before, and he is very knowledgeable and professional in his field of work.

Chad Gingras is the Plumber I call on because he is reliable, knowledgable and experienced. He lives and works in my town which makes him a good neighbor too.

Outstanding service and support. I had my old oil heating system replaced with a new gas boiler and hot water tank. They were on time cleaned up after the job was done and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Chad this morning because my hot water heater failed last night. He was very courteous and professional and came out within the hour to inspect. By 5 o’clock the job was done at $100.00 less than quoted! I highly recommend Chad and will call him again for any further plumbing needs!

Update: That evening we had water on the floor of the basement and found where it was coming from. I gave them a call and they came right out at 8pm. It turned out that it had nothing to do with the water heater, but it was something that couldn't be fixed that night. They got the leak down to a drip, and a bucket placed to catch any water. They juggled the schedule the next day and came out that morning and made the repair. Great response and customer service!

Chad and Jason replaced our hot water heater, redid the ventilation, and replaced pipes. They were quick, responsive and very professional.

These guys are great. I called last year about having no hot water and they came to my house and installed a new tank within a day or two. I couldn't believe how fast they were with removal, installation and inspection of how everything was working. Super easy and made not having hot water a very temporary problem! Fast forward and its almost been one year since that installation (hot water heater installed on 11/5/2020) and I had an issue with something on the tank causing no hot water again. They came out same day within a couple of hours, and they explained what happened, fixed the problem, and were on their way. I was so thankful with how fast they showed up! With all the businesses slammed right now and booking appointments is a nightmare, Gingras is there for you when you need them! I would highly recommend Chad and Jason for any homeowner in the Western Mass area. :)

Chad and his team are great and friendly people, with fantastic and prompt service. they've done 2 installs for me and are worth every affordable penny.

I detected a gas leak and had to have a plumber come cap the pipe. While many people I had called put me off until the following week or so, Chad stopped by the same day to assess what was going on and managed to squeeze me in to his schedule. He explained every step of the process of repairing parts of the systems, how the inspection would go, etc. and had a wonderful coworker in tow as well. They locked up each day and turned off lights before they left, and were courteous, friendly, and compassionate. I will certainly be using Gingras Plumbing for repair/maintenance projects in the future.
