Chad and Jason were wonderful. They replaced my antiquated boiler (from the '50s-'60s) with a shiny, new energy-efficient one. Many positive points in working with these two:
1. Chad responded to my voicemail on a Sunday evening.
2. Once Chad came out, he had a quote for me by that evening for the unit, labor, materials, and disposal.
3. They worked unattended in my home without issue and locked up when they left.
4. Jason fixed an issue causing low water pressure in my kitchen and also capped off an uncapped sewer pipe in my basement without being prompted.
4. They both take pride in their work which can be seen in the finished product.
5. They were both easy to get a hold of by phone and kept in communication with me.

I will definitely use Chad and Jason again for future plumbing concerns.

Chad was a Godsend. Most homeowners seek to maintain and care for our homes efficiently. BUT life happens and issues arise at the most inopportune times. So was the case with our shower faucet and handle on Thursday. After calling no less than 30 plumbers and plumbing companies, Chad responded late in the afternoon and said he would be there between 9am and 10am the next morning! AND HE WAS!!!!

He diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within an hour. We appreciated his expertise, prompt service and professionalism. I would recommend Gingras Plumbing & Heating to anyone!

I originally hired Gingras Plumbing & Heating to replace a corroded pipe in the basement of my old home. They did such a great job that I hired them again to fix a couple plumbing issues for the sale of that home, and then to replace the water heater that broke a week before closing.
At all times, Chad and Jay were friendly, professional, got the job done efficiently, and for a reasonable cost. They were also accommodating with my schedule. Because of the great work and service, I hired them again to install a dishwasher in my new home, and when a pipe leaked, Chad was able to come and fix the problem same day.
I would definitely recommend Gingras Plumbing & Heating and will continue to use their services.

Chad just finished installing a new gas…

Chad just finished installing a new gas water heater and high efficiency boiler while letting me keep my oil boiler functional until he could complete the final plumbing connections. The transition was flawless. I couldn't be happier with the quality of Chad's work, the professional manner in which the work was done, and how accommodating he was when I had obligations and had to re-schedule once or twice. I highly recommend Gingras Plumbing & Heating for water heater and boiler installation as well as any plumbing work. Thanks again Chad for caring so much about how neat and organized the install looks. I'm loving ultra-quiet boiler and the incredible savings from switching to gas.

I’ve been using Gingras Plumbing for several years. I’ve an old house and of course comes with surprises. From big jobs like repairing the main sewer pipe in my basement to small jobs like a leaky sink, Chad & Jason have impressed with their knowledge and customer service. They always are considerate and competent. They are on time, and unlike many, they clean up after themselves. I’m very pleased with them and will not hesitate to hire them for future jobs.

Chad made the stressful experience of swapping out an end of life water heater as painless as it was ever going to get. He arrived in the scheduled window and explained very clearly some additional work that he recommended, which involved moving the water heater slightly to vent better and having the gas control valve in a safer spot.

Every aspect of the install was handled professionally and the water heater worked just as it should right out of the gate. The work done looks great and everything is chugging along perfectly a week later.

To sum it up, Gingras Plumbing brings great quality service at a fair price. I would recommend them without reservation and will be calling Chad’s operation next time I decide to tackle a plumbing issue.

Just had a gas waterheater installed. They answered all of my questions. Explain in detail what they intended to do and why. They were efficient and clean. When they left you couldn't tell they were ever there.
