Responsive, responsible, professional, friendly and honest. What more could you ask for? In our first season open, everything was easy and well-explained. Found and fixed a cracked line without a thought, made sure all our heads were set up correctly. Offered without pushing to shut off some sprinklers that were wasting water, and fixed a broken valve that others had said needed replacing. Finding a team that is easy to contact, shows up when they say they will, and gives you honest assessments without trying to swindle the sale is rare. This team is a keeper! Hoping they stick around a long time.

Mark took a call out of the blue and helped us within a couple of days when others were scheduling weeks out. He came to our house, identified the problem, fixed it and had our system working again within minutes. We appreciate the help and will have him back to close the system down in the fall!

Mark at Rain on Demand Irrigation is an experienced professional. We contacted him for the spring start of the irrigation system. He came to diagnose issues we had encountered with the irrigation and plumbing system. Mostly irrigation related plumber- issues that needed enhancement and repairs. Mark was able to explain both verbally and in writing what needs to be done. His advice was instrumental as it was the basis of my discussion with the plumbers, and I could not imagine resolving these issues without Mark’s guidance and support. Once the plumber's job has been completed, Mark has returned and has restarted the irrigation system, and everything is running perfectly as expected. With that, I will not hesitate to recommend Mark’s services to whoever needs an excellent customer experience.

I moved into a home that had a fairly complicated (at least for me) irrigation system that hadn’t been maintained for a few years. I had a few different people look at it and got varying responses ranging from needing a complete replacement to pretty expensive repairs.
