Mark has helped us out with our irrigation system for many years. We were glad to be able to utilize his new firm now that he is out on his own. Mark is knowledgeable, professional, responsive and fairly priced. He recently adjusted our heads to optimize them after a patio installation. As always, he did a great job.

My wife and I found Rain On Demand with help from Google and their reviews. I have to say it was great decision and the service was fantastic. They worked with us with scheduling and were very accommodating. Upon arrival, Paul the technician was very cool, nice and professional. He did a great job in explaining everything, he changed our very outdated clock/timer and repaired or replaced some of our worn nozzles. Everything is working great and we are very, very happy. I strongly recommend Rain On Demand and will refer them to anyone I know looking for irrigation services. Keep up the great work guys and thank you.

They made sure that the irrigation system was working perfectly, and explained everything to me. Cahill has been handling all of our lawn and yard needs for over 4 years now and we have had nothing but great service. It's not often you can call a business and a person answers the phone, and often it's the owner himself!

Terribly slow to respond to customers, if you even get a response at all. I hired them for a fall clean up, and paid them to take the leaves away, but instead they blew the leave into my neighbors yard, and tried to hide the leaves under my deck. When I asked for them to come back and do the job right they didn't even bother to respond. Poor work. Poor response.

I called several times and got the same story via text. Lawn WAs aerated and seeded but it never grew. My water bill was well over $650. Called about weeds. Came out but did not hand spray. Weeds still growing. Sorry I paid the bill. I sent pictures and also it was seen by worker. Never a call back.

Dan Cahill very generously donated playground sand for my son's Eagle scout project. Very helpful, professional and happy to support a community service project. Highly recommend!

I had them come out for a quote, unfortunately when I called to say I wanted them to do the job, they kept telling me they would let me know when they were coming out. The woman on the phone said she would call. I'm still waiting its been a week. And now they are not Taking my calls or have replied to my message. Hope they don't show up I am going with another company.

Nightmare to work with. Cahill provided a quote to pickup my leaves and the same day I confirmed going forward with the work. 3 weeks later they continued to state they were coming this week and still hadn’t. Poorly mismanaged and need to work on their communication with customers.

Dan was very responsive any time we had a question and came up with a beautiful design. The team was respectful and professional. We are extremely pleased with our new outdoor patio. Highly recommend!

They performed an inadequate/incomplete fall cleanup and then argued over correcting the service. I actually had to provide photos of the leaves on the lawn after they claimed there was none. They did finally finish the service however I was very put out by their lack of professionalism. In addition this year although I did not sign up for any services for obvious reasons, they just show up and apply a fertilizer. I then call to point this out and they say they will rectify. Today I get an invoice! I would not recommend!

Asked about a service and then showed up and did it without my authorization. I spoke to him on the phone and he said he would credit me for what was done. A couple months later he said he never received the payment. He said he did not remember our conversation about crediting me even though I showed him proof of our phone call. He then went to a credit agency. Do not use this company as the owner is not trustworthy at all and does not do the best work.

A wonderful company! Dan Cahill was a pleasure to deal with. He worked with us to make sure we had the retaining wall we wanted. He was also excellent at responding to any questions we had.
